We liked everything. Suggestion: it would be helpful to have some local info' in languages beside French.

The owners have thought of everything to make a stay go smoothly. Everything was provided, including tea, coffee, clingfilm, foil, shower gel, toilet rolls, kitchen roll etc. Nicolas responded quickly and courteously to any communication, and was very obliging.

Nothing - its fabulous

This was our 3rd stay in this beautiful little apartment and it is perfect. It has everything we need for our stay and will always be our 1st choice when travelling to Perpignan. Nicolas is a great host.

Well located, the house had everything we needed for a short break. We only stayed a night, but we could have quite easily stayed for longer. It's right in the middle of town, so very well situated. Nicolas was a great host, his communication was superb. We've been coming to perpignan for a few years now, this is definitely going to be my 1st choice.

The only, but quite significant, downside is that it faces a building with a club at street level which plays extremely loud music well into the morning (at least, 3 am) on Saturdays, making it impossible to sleep.

Very cozy, good looking apartment. The bed is 2m long which is much appreciated by tall people. Overall it is a perfectly equipped, very cute apartment.

The only drawback was the weather that week, but I've managed to enjoy anyways.

What I've enjoyed most was the central location of the apartment, since it was my first time visiting Perpignan. It allowed me to wander around the old town easily and didn't miss anything. Also the kindness of Nicolas, the host, willing to give you some tips to enhance your plan. Overall experience was a plus!

It got a little warm upstairs as the air con doesnt reach but not a massive issue.

Me and my friend stayed a few nights and was everything we needed. The facilities were great and the location was perfect. No noise from outside despite being above a few bars. Easy handover of keys on arrival and check out.

The stairs to the mezzanine are steep. The shower is in a bath, so having a problem with my knee was a bit tricky getting in and out of. But not impossible!

A lovely comfortable apartment. Very well equipped and the location is superb. The owner was very friendly and helpful and accommodating when we arrived earlier than the usual check in time. It had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

The area has lots of restaurants and bars in it, so can be noisy at night, but the balcony doors when closed keep out almost all of this. The air con is good, but doesn't always get to the mezzanine bed platform, so an electric fan provided for there would be a good idea.

Great little apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped and with extra little touches that were much appreciated (eg teas, coffees, condiments). The owner, Nicolas, was very helpful and considerate.

We struggle a bit to find spot to park the car, but it was late night in a residential area so we think that was the cause, but beyond that we did not have any problem

Nicolas was one of the kindest host ever, he received us late at night cause our schedule got delayed and he was so kind to got to us to deliver the keys, plus, the place was perfect, very clean, very cozy, full equipped, you can use it for long stay if you need it.

Great location in the centre of Perpignan, the host was lovely and came and greeted us when we arrived to hand over the keys and give us the tour of the property. They were very accommodating of us running late. Loved the space, would definitely recommend staying!
