Location wise not good 😌

Location is terrible, dirty and not comfortable/secure. It is close to the metro so there's no issue getting anywhere on foot. Breakfast is served in the cold

Friendly staff, although overwhelmed when we arrived, seems they have front staff doing too much to pull away from attending desk clients. God value for the price.

The location is on the outskirts of Paris, though we knew it when were making a booking. There is a market in front of the hotel, which leaves piles of garbage in the evening.

The hotel is great, the room was very suitable for the family of 4 with the children. The breakfast was ok, a good choice of meals.

Areas or surrounding are dirty and honestly below my expectation in terms of the surrounding cleanliness. If you are staying here please take UBER to come back at night. Do not walk alone.

Bathroom is a bit in need of some repairs. Room 521 the bath tub could not be emptied and the door to the bathroom was in disrepair. Hot water was warm.

Neighbourhood.

Size of room is exellent, enough for 4people, cleaning every day,all facilities in the room were very good. Breakfast is very good, a lot of fresh fruits, sweety or salty breakfast depends on your tasty. The recepsionist was kind and helpful in every request that we had. We stayed 5 nights and we had a very good time there.

The size of the room is amazing specially for a city as Paris. We were 4 on each room and it was great, they even have a curtain to divide the 2 sleep areas. Staff very nice and helpful. They have a kids area and a big screen which makes it comfy for families. Center easy to reach from the metro stop close by. Very clean and comfy bed!

The kettle had no on-off switch and it took a while to convince the staff that it wasn't working. Eventually, after chasing the staff for a second time, we received a replacement. The bathroom and toilet arranegments were rather odd and more of a port-a-cabin set up. The shower connection leaked and despite the doors being closed, a puddle of water formed on the floor! The bath plug turned but water didn't drain away. So there were a few things that were slightly faulty, which in our opinion should not have been, should adequate checks have been carried out between guests vacating/arriving. The area was rather run-down. Opposite the hotel a market was in operation from Saturday-Monday. Every evening we had to dodge the litter and filth that was left behind. Not pleasant at all!

The beds were comfy and the breakfast plentiful. The metro stop was a short 8 minute walk.

We had a good stay 2 days at the hotel. It’s outside and far from central Paris, eating options are limited. Travelling with car is better option.

The gym should have been out of bounds- everything was broken and there was water all over the floor. Extremely dangerous around electric equipment.

The family room was ideal for us and it was very clean.

Nice and value for money. Little far from city center, but quite location. Metro station were near by so reaching to heart of Paris was a not a big issue.
