It's tired and dated in appearance and not value for the money I paid, even with the substantial discount I had. No wifi in rooms.

    The location and ocean views

The comfort has been a standard-3-star-comfort with rather older functional furnitures, here should nothing more be expexted (for us no problem). A bit annoying have been the ongoing change of hotel guests - most of them stayed only overnight coming with big tourist busses and creating a lot of noise around reception and outside under the balcony.

Balcony Sea view, very nice hotel personnel (put our drinks in the fridge refrigerator during our stay due to a missing room fridge), very nice possibilities to sit downstairs in the lobby, we always felt like being at home and like being very welcomed guests. Very good bus connection between the hotel and Ajaccio city on working days (on Sundays, etc. you have to plan more carefully).

We would have preferred to be in either downtown Ajaccio or nearer to the beach.

We were given a room with a view. The food in the restaurant was good.

Location, friendliness and knowledge of staff, conditions of rooms were good.

The room was stark with no frills. No chair, barely soap & shampoo. The shower was broken & kept running full force. They couldn't fix it... so we let it run all night & the sound was a problem. The hotel restaurant was less than mediocre. Bland dishes with frozen veggies.

    Helpful & courteous staff.

No mini-bar and no internet in the room (to be fair these were specified in the room specs), slow elevators constantly in use by staff.

Good breakfast, great view, spacious room and bathroom, with separate toilet.

Very expensive for an old hotel that is a long way out of town. Doors hard to open. My lock didn't work and i had to change rooms.

The breakfast could have better choice.

The hotel is really close to the beach. Despite of being a bit old in general it is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are big and comfortable with amazing sea view. Staff was nice and helpful. Good value for 3 stars hotel.
