Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is a bit out of the way for the common tourist attractions.
The hotel is a chic boutique style but not at all stuffy or pretentious.

Rooms are very small, no space for your laguagge, our rooms was above staff rest area and basically you can't open the window because they are smoking downstairs and all the smell fills up the room. No sun light, we had two rooms both views was construction side.
Nice that you can take a free coffee and tea anytime:) Good breakfast and good location, close to Metro station:)

Nice area, but a bit too far to walk to the centre, had to take the metro every day which wasn't a problem to be honest.
Very nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Convenient coffee machine in the lobby. Towels changed every day. Close to the metro station and tram lines. A very good restaurant and bakery nearby. Simple breakfast but with good quality food. Very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

In the room the carpet was dirty with stains The cabin of shower has no doors In the room we cant find any spoons, no forks, no wine opener, no microwave, no boiler for tea, no cups.... In Italy , Milan we payed much less for the same time staying but got jaccuzi, coffee machine and so long in the room Also the lift is maximum for 1 person..if you are two person with baggage - you wont fit ;D
The stairs, they are nice. The bed - comfortable The metro station - 2 minutes of walk very good place.

The elevator was very small - only carried 3 people max and 2 people with luggage. Front entrance door needed replacing. Only coffee making facilities, no tea. Only French TV. Limited disabled access to breakfast.
The breakfast - there was a good selection and very fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was large and worked well. Proximity of hotel to conference facilities and metro.

The lift was small, just big enough for luggage really
The room was very close to the metro so great for getting around, the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for 2 of us too move around freely. Free coffee machine was a bonus

Perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast.
Fabulous staff, very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, mins from the metro and many great restaurants. Free tea, coffee and water was lovely.

The breakfast was okay/average. The tea selection was very weird and the coffee was not good. The soap and body/hair wash which the hotel provided smelled really bad. I had to buy a body wash in the store since I‘ve forgot mine at home.
The best about this accommodation was the very short distance to the metro station. Also the room was clean and warm. Every day it was cleaned by the room service and fresh towels were provided every two days.

You can hear the Metro noise which could operate under the building. And there was some contruction work noise on 02.21 moring in the inside courtyard of the building
Nice staff, good that you have 0-24 reception. Very food location. The clear water machine and coffee machine is good facility too. Breakfast was selective and delicious

The tourist tax has increased from €1.88 to €5.20 beginning in 2024. This change was not communicated to us prior to our arrival or during check-in, leading to an additional payment of around 50 Eur at check-out. I recommend that you inform customers about this before check-in.
The position was very convenient being close to the subway station.

Very kind, responsive and helping service. Fast requests solving. Perfect location. I even had the possibility to leave at 4 a.m. from the hotel, because the night bus station is 50m distance from the hotel entrance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Enough good breakfast. It is seen that the hotel is renovated and repaired where needed. Yet, the room was clean and cleaned every day.

Very poor sound insulation. I woke up to my neighbors' alarm clock.

The lift was extremely small and could hardly fit two people, the smallest I have seen in recent times. Breakfast should be improved on. It was basic.
The room was clean, it had a comfortable and big bed compared to many Paris hotels. The staff were friendly and the free beverages in the lobby made a whole lot of difference.
