We' d love if the dog could stay in the outdoor restaurant or the swimming pool area, but I understand this may be uncomfortable for some guests.

Great location and services. We went with our newborn and the room had a cot, changing mat and baby bathtub ready. And we also brought our dog and there was a bowl, clean bed and toy for her. Everything is super clean and the swimming pool area is really nice, with amazing views. Lovely staff

The room & balcony were quite run down for a 5* hotel. Shower over the bath rather than a full shower. The balcony was dirty with 2 very basic metal chairs & little table. The breakfast area was very cramped due to an event in the main dining area ( for all 4 mornings we were there).

The room and bathroom were a bit dated, and the exterior of the hotel showed a lot of wear and tear from the sea air. It could do with a spruce up, inside and out.

Great location with fabulous sea views and easy walking distance to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area was really lovely.

We were very pleased to receive and upgrade in a great location . The property itself is a bit tied and batterred but still very comfortable . The staff were fantastic especially Naomi .

The property is a little tired and the room smelt - maybe from animals/dogs? This meant we needed to leave to patio door open all night. The bathroom has definitely seen better days. The value compared with other hotels on our trip was poor. I stayed in hotels with better facilities and location for a fraction of the price.

The staff were excellent and the sleeping arrangements what you would expect from a Sofitel. The location is great - slightly out from the noise of the town, but easily within walking distance.

Horribly expensive. €9 for a soft drink - really? Very tired, needs some work. Balcony not very comfortable - needs improved furniture.

The only negative was how relatively expensive the breakfast was. We aren’t big eaters and so 31€ per person was too much.

Fantastic location being within 5 minutes of the stunning beach. In addition an outdoor as well as an indoor pool. Lovely staff. The room was a great size given that we were travelling with our Staffy who loved everyone she came into contact with. Would highly recommend and would love to go back.

we were right on the ocean - location is amazing - the weather wasn’t great but still enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the haman - staff were excellent
