Wonderful, quaint place! Very close to the metro. Easy to get anywhere! The owners were very good, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Nothing but wonderful!!

No air conditioning, it was warm, but fans provided helped. Beds were a little hard for my liking. Toilet was in a closet. Really it was a great experience!!

Nothing I liked about this property.

The room was very disappointed for us. The room compartments were extremely lack of care. We understood that this was the renovated old building for rent. The name was The Luxury 3Bedrooms Grand-Boulevard, but we saw nothing luxurious to match the name of the room. We had paid for the dirty room without air conditioner but scratching furnitures. All the electric fans we had to use were very dusty and lots of hair stick inside. When we opened the fans, the dust blowed all over the rooms. The floor was with hair and dusty. Even the bottle of cold water inside the refrigerator had hair ! Too much money paid for room that we all had to help cleaning up in the evening after back from the trip in the first night made us tired and angry. The staff offered the big cleaning on the following day, but we denied as we already cleaned the room that the room could not be stayed without cleaning. The room should be ready for guests on the day they checked in not after the complaint !

Location was nice, walking distance to Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Plenty of dining, shopping options within a few minutes of walking.

I found bed to be a little uncomfortable, bathroom was very small. Not enough room in bathroom / shower to store toiletries and wash up in the morning. No A/C (having A/C in Paris in not common).

Spacious. Good showers. Nicely decorated and everything we needed was there.

Noisy from people moving about upstairs. Stairwell was being renovated so a bit messy. Was very hot when we were there. There were plenty of fans but airco would have been a good addition.

There was no breakfast. We had sufficient room for the 7 family members. 2 bathrooms were nice.

No air-conditioning. It was very hot in the apartment.

Very pleasent. Shame a bit short of a trip.

Convenient to the Metro. There was also a supermarket within a short walking distance. So relieved that we were on the 1st floor as the building has no elevators and we had elderly people traveling with us.

The host was very helpful and even left a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome. The apartment was pristine - so clean and modern. It was very spacious for central Paris and great value for money. The location was perfect - lots of shops, bars, restaurants and metro within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend it and would certainly stay again.

There were two flights of stairs to access our particular apartment so it was a little difficult to navigate with heavy cases. It was well worth it though for the location and space.

Great communication for owners and apartment exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and great relax and chat with friend in the apartment as well.

I love the location as it is so accessible from the metro, restaurants and cafes. It simply made us feel like locals living right in the middle of city of Paris. Would definitely book here again next time we are in Paris.

The flooring a bit tired in the apartment

I stayed with my sister and our families in February and we were really pleased. We were met by 2 lovely guys and they told us where was nice to eat and answered other questions we asked and so friendly. The apartment was for 7 of us so there was plenty of room and spotlessly clean with 2 toilets and 2 showers which was fantastic. I really couldn't fault anything, the location was also ideal. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment in a great location close walking distance to both the Louvre and Notre Dam

It was in a beautiful apartment block, ideal location right near the metro to get around Paris, the street was lovely the street of dresses. Two bathrooms with nice powerful showers essential for 5 women! Very comfortable beds. We were met and shown our apartment communication was excellent. We were contacted again during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Great location, wonderful hosts, apartment is great inside and very comfortable, it was great for our family of 2 adults and 5 children! Can’t fault the location for all the main attractions, we walked everywhere easily!

There is some noise at night but it didn’t disturb us really and it’s to be expected if you want to stay in central Paris! It didn’t wake our 1 year old so that’s the main thing!

Beds could be more comfortable. Some English tv channels would have been great too

Excellent central location. First floor apartment was easy to access. Welcoming staff on arrival (Adonis). All facilities worked well.

Some beds were a little hard. Noise from apartment above late at night (moving furniture until after midnight).
