The hotel was easy to find and parking was straightforward. The room was clean and comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel was right at the end of the main strip right across from the water. It was a 15 minute walk to an area full of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Quite busy roads, so even if you have balcony, it's not a much pleasure to use it. Not very attractive location itself - much better to stay in Nice or Cannes for the same price. We were not aware of 10 euro payment for parking - no chance to park a car on a street as they are extremely busy. Very basic rooms.

    Sea is just nearby

Our 'Privilege' room was too small and shabby. There's a very busy dual carriageway between the hotel and the beach. Although the sea view is lovely, the noise and fumes from the traffic makes sitting on the balcony unpleasant.

Essentially, this hotel feels like a renovated former beach motel, but the rooms are a good size, clean and good for a short stay. Unfortunately the curtains are only a very thin material so if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the daylight coming into the room in the mornings. The hotel owners are very nice people, but they have a large pet dog who comes to the hotel with them everyday. Unfortunately the lobby floors are sometimes covered in dog fur...

The best part about this hotel is its location right on the doorstep of Cagnes sur Mer beach, with many restaurants directly next the hotel, and a bus stop for the shuttle bus (navette) right outside. The hotel owners and the staff were very nice.

It's a very nice and cosy hotel. The location is really good (it took us 5 minutes to get to the beach). There are lots of places to eat. Also there is a little cafe near the hotel where you can have fresh croissants and other things for breakfast (if you just go a little bit further from the restaurant La Mamma). There is also a supermarket Spar where you can buy fruits and lots of other things. Also there is a bus stop right near the hotel. There you can take a bus to Nice or to Old Town. And I should mention that this place is excellent for relaxing holidays.

The building could do with a coat of paint, the security safe was broken. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great location directly across from the beach front on a lovely stretch of coastline, clean and uncrowded beaches. Owners great to work with, room was clean and bedding excellent with very comfortable beds. Room was soundproof, hotel close to the airport, easy to find with easy access to downtown Nice. Very comfortable stay with an extra quaint room if you have a party of four. On site parking with restaurants nearby, making this a perfect stopover for a couple of days and if you are flying out of Nice. Great small hotel.

It's not the nicest looking hotel and seems to be part of a much bigger set of apartments. It's also a little far from Cagnes' port (and it's bars and clubs) - but we found it was very easy to hire the town's bikes from the many bike stations and ride down to the port.

Good location in terms of beach - literally across the road. A good bar/restaurant is in the same group of buildings. Staff were very attentive - having our room keys handy as soon as we entered the hotel each day. Parking was good (I e-mailed the hotel to reserve)
