Breakfast can improve. They should add more options.

The Hotel is located in a very quite and safe area. It is 10 minutes away by feet from the Eiffel Tower and there are many restaurants at the area. The staff of the hotel was very polite! Metro stasion is exactly infront of the hotel!

Not much to mention, Staff is helpful but not so friendly.

Location is great, you are a few blocks away from the Eiffel Tower, a Metro Station in front of the Hotel, a few restaurants near by, you can move around pretty easy. The rooms are clean and confortables and as a plus a nice view from the Eiffel Tower.

paid the city tax on arrival but was phoned as I was heading to the airport to return home to be told I hadn’t paid. not good. bad communication among staff. left bad taste at the end of a lovely stay. Ask for a receipt when you pay city tax.

1- no facilities ( at least no one told us or showed us anything) 2- it was my anniversary trip and we requested & confirmed multiple times for a good room with a view, surprisingly when I arrived I got a terrible room as the response was ( we're fully booked) although my booking was fully paid 2 months ago. 3- they don't give you water except for the first day . 4- staff were not very welcoming, nobody showed us around the hotel or did any effort ( you don't feel very welcomed) 5- hotel is tiny & rooms are also tiny. 6- honestly speaking it's good but doesn't deserve the money nor the 4 stars.

- Some more toiletries in the bathroom, preferable liquid soap in a bottle, rather than mini solid soaps

- Modern 4-stars hotel, with nice amenities - Nice good-size room, with comfortable beds and pillows - Very good breakfast, with a lot of options - Good parking, but really expensive - Nice green garden, with some tables outside - Close to Eiffel Tower and in a good location for visiting the main attractions, even by walk - Many places to eat in the area

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. I would suggest to change them in the future.

Night Parking employee was very rude with me, he was shouting and screaming because I parked my car in his parking, there was nothing indicating that the parking is booked

The hotel was good as 4 star hotel, with good break fast and located next to metro station, also the location of hotel near Eiffel tower it’s about 10 minute walking, also a good restaurant around the hotel, I recommended the hotel for the price and the location

The location was okay. Due to the pubs and restaurants it was loud. The room we were given was facing road therefore you can here the train passing by and the traffic.

Not much to say here!

Location- really close to the Eiffel Tower and could see it from our bedroom window. Great restaurants just next door. central location to get around Paris. Staff were very friendly and we could leave our luggage at the hotel and explore Paris with no difficulty at all.
