Convenient, interesting neighborhood, attractive room

Wifi in our room was too bad, not possible to use. Breakfasts are not that special, but okay to eat 1 or 2 times there. Also for me it’s always about details which makes a stay pleasant, but here we didn’t even have a bottle of water in the room. That’s not a big problem of course, but just would be nice to have it.

When booking we asked for a room with balcony and we’ve got one. That was really nice! View from the balcony is just great. Location is really good, it’s close to nice and not expensive restaurants, also there is a small market nearby.

Service of the room wasn't great. A kettle and tea/coffee were provided but the supplies weren't checked and replenished. Sugar spilled by the previous occupant hadn't been cleaned up. Towels that didn't need to be replaced (they weren't on the floor) were removed and weren't replaced.

Great location. Stylish (but small) room, quiet position overlooking a small side road. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Staff spoke excellent English.

The bedroom could have been a bit more clean, there was something that looked like chewing gum on the toilet seat. The drain of the shower didn't work well so in the first minutes of shower the water was flooding. The breakfast area is quite sad, not cozy, and we the price quite high (not different than any other hotel in Paris). We didn't had breakfast in the hotel because it didn't seem worth it.

Rooms are nicely done and spacious enough. Staff was friendly. You can keep your luggages in the hotel after you check out. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Location was good, nice area. A bit long but, very nice walk until the main areas (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame,...). Considering the prices of accomodation in Paris this is definitely a good option.

The location is a bit far away from centre.

We stayed only for one night, so it was great short time. Great hotel, nice interior, lovely details (like Marshall speaker, &tradition lamps) very comfortable pillow and warm duvet) Also, we had room with inner courtyard view, which was very lovely.

Beautifully decorated. Rooms were on the small side. Toilets could have used a deeper clean.

The location in Pigalle was great! Spent a lot of time in Pigalle and Momantre. Close to train stations and walkable to tourist attractions.

Although the apartment was perfectly designed, we felt a lack of hangers for coats and sole shelves in the bath. These are details, but we needed then. Because then all of our clothes were just on one armchair. Also there are a lot of scratches on the walls which spoil the overall appearance of the unit.

Actually, the suit is well equipped and has all the important, even more -- some details like a sheet of paper&pen or tee. The design is exactly the same as on the photos. Cleaning was done every day. We tried breakfast, and it was pretty good. Friendly stuff. The neighbourhood is wonderful. 5 min to U-ban, 10 min to Top breakfast restaurants and 2 min to bakery :)

It's a 4 star hotel, but besides the perfect room and good staff, not much extra's are offered, such as a bar, relaxing lobby or so. Shower could use some maintenance. As shown on all the pictures on Booking and their own site the Elegance room should have a Nespresso machine, but only carton cups and powder coffee were available. Not very 4 star like, so maybe change that. Besides this I will definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation in a very good neighborhood. Rooms were very esthetically and clean. Cleaning and making up the bed everyday, new towels, perfect utilities. Very nice room to come home to, I looked forward every afternoon to go back to the hotel! Staff at the desk were exceptionally sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to book!

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, where there is always something going on, lots of restaurants and bars. The room was small, but nicely decorated and clean, with an adorable terrace facing the street. Well equipped, the only thing missing is a chair. Overall, very satisfied.

The room was too small, but this is a regular issue in Paris.

The hotel staff were great, they made sure we had the type of room we wanted and even welcomed us with a plate of macarons for our anniversary. The room had all the essential facilities. Cleanliness of the hotel was at a great level and no bed bugs were detected anywhere. :)) There was a metro station nearby which we used for reaching to all the city attractions. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants were available nearby. Our personal recommendations are 21 Martorell for healthy crepes, Buillon Pigalle for budget-friendly french cuisine and Dumbo for great smash burgers.
