The hallways felt like University dormitories but they are doing renovations to the hotel so that may include the hallways being upgraded at some stage.

Facilities were good.. value for money good. Parking expensive € 17 but secure. Unfortunately modernisation work going on or l would give a higher mark.

Terrible sound isolation. You can hear people passing by the room all the time. It also didn't help that the bed also made noises as you moved in your sleep... The room was clean but the bathroom could have been in a better state. The shower drain was a bit clogged. The shower chaulks need to be redone.

The rooms have good ventilation and seemingly good air quality.

We were missing some eggs for breakfast. During the weekend there were many guests and when we came to have breakfast they already ran out of a lot of things like fruit, bread and yoghurt.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and it had a nice small kitchenette.

The staff were very attentive and went beyond the normal to ensure our comfort as we were slightly late.staff membe4 were courteous attentive and caring .phone calls were regular explaining how to enter and exit.staff member remained Beyond shift time to make sure we gained entry stress free. Noise from outside of the room as the windows in it are not soundproof. The wooden furniture is old and shabby, especially in the kitchen. The cleaning lady only replaced the towels and rarely cleaned the room, never making our beds. The choice of dishes for breakfast is good but there were no vegetables at all. It looks like this hotel needs renovation both at the entrance area and in the rooms.

Good location, bus stops nearby, fully equipped kitchen and quite a comfortable room, clean linens on beds. Tasty breakfast (meat, cheese, butter, bread and buns, pancakes, pastry, juices, coffee, yogurt, tangerines and oranges), the reception managers are very friendly and always ready to help, gave us detailed information and recommendations as regards sightseeing and travelling over the region.

Voices from the neighbour room clearly heard and disturbing during the night. We were lucky to come relatively early to breakfast and most of the items on the buffet still available. Those who came after us, came to a relatively empty buffet

WiFi connectivity was poor

The Staff was very courteous. The entire area was safe and access controlled. Good Parking area available. Breakfast was nice! Area had restaurants and shops nearby. Public transport connectivity is also good.

The entrance of the hotel looks very dirty, seems like they are doing some renovations but they left the cables and everything exposed, also in the door it was dusty and with a bunch of leaves. The rooms are connected by two doors, this didn't help with the noise in the other room. Don't know if it's like that in all the rooms, but then the assignment of them could be done better

Very clean room, nice decoration. Super comfy bed. The room was very well equipped, exactly what was needed.
