Not enough parking space. Had to park in the street but easy to find a spot.

Bedding was good and staff was very good. The restaurant is also a very good option.

Accommodation was not what was booked. I had 3 double bed rooms booked, onbook in I was not informed that there was a problem, one room was a single bed for a 6’4” man who required a large bed, when I complained I was told that we could not change as he had rested on the bed and they had no house keeping so change rooms. Another bedroom was a disabled room, no problem except the shower was a wet room and shower was 4’ high ( good for showering stomach) and water poured into main bedroom. 2 rooms had a joining door which was so thin you could hear everything from room next door, everything.

Internet connection was quite poor and the breakfast wasn't very good (and it was expensive).

The hotel was nice and clean. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The location is OK but not close to a subway station which makes it somewhat difficult to access - one has to take a bus after the last subway stop. Of course if you travel by taxi that won't be a problem.

Location is ok, not really close to any major trains or subway. Parking is so-so...they have 5 open spots, then you need to pay 15Euros for overnight, if you can't get one of those spots (also street parking, but need to pay during the week). First night, I got one of the five spots, second night no...had to park on the street.

    Nice hotel, nice room.

The room was to warm and the climatisation did not work. I did ask for a quit room when making the reservation and we where located to the front. We could hear the cars even with the windows closed.

I did like the location because it was close to the Parc of Saint Cloud and the Hotel location was close to a Trainstadion. Staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. All in all a nice Hotel and we would go back up there again - however next time we would immediately complain to get a other room.

staff's approach varies significantly from person to person I stayed in the same room twice in the last couple of months where the door's lock was defective, nothing seemed to happen to fix it between the two stays

The hotel is rather high up, so the 20 minute walk into the main town is lovely, however walk back is tough on a summers day- taxis are reasonable and busses are plentiful so getting around is fine. 3 trains and a short walk are needed to the airport, however St Cloud is a lovely town which is worth the journey.

Lovely hotel with large comfy bedrooms. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Exceeded expectations. Location was great for the festival we were attending at the Hippodrome de Longchamp, and the hotel is next to supermarkets and bakery's. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel located in a beautiful, quiet area. You can find everything around, supermarket, gas station, bank, bakery, and train station. Our room was very clean and the staffs were very nice.

bathroom was tiny, so small you could hardly open the door and get out No parking spaces left for us so we had to park on the street small rooms breakfast didn't have any gluten free options breakfast was confusing and set up to be difficult (i.e.. where are cups for coffee, juice and do you have to squeeze your own juice) Breakfast food had run out and not being refilled and no milk for coffee and tea

Location was perfect for us nice hotel restaurant and bar friendly staff clean modern room

Front vehicle access & parking a little tight, but website says more spaces available, possibly at rear.

Immaculate, friendly, well-located hotel, ideal for visits to family nearby, but also good for RER train into central Paris.
