Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to complain about good value for money clean and lovely friendly staff
Fantastic hotel right next to a lovely Italian restaurant and from next week you will have a new St. Cloud indoor market with restaurants wine bars and shellfish and fish shops looks great at moment there is a good new restaurant bar on corner five star

I should have got the room I acutely booked ie twin bedroom for my brother in law and I. The carpet and n dining room needed changing No clean in a restaurant!!!!
The staff were very good and did their best and where very help full

There was a particular staff member who worked evenings/ nights. Apparently we imposed on him by ordering pizza following the completion of Usher’s concert, causing him to have to relocate breakfast dishes. His tone and method of communication was unnecessary and solidified that I won’t rebook this establishment during future trips.
The location in reference to the concert venue was perfect.

Breakfast was quite expensive at this hotel, but there are shops nearby where you can get breakfast cheaper.
Hotel is in a nice area, free parking was good, adjoining room for kids was great, fridge with complimentary water provided, room was clean and kept clean during our stay.

Has only seven parking spaces, otherwise you are roadside, it’s free in August but you pay at all other times via roadside pay machines.
This location was great for our short visit between Paris and Versailles. The train station is just a few minutes walk and has frequent links in both directions. (But not throughout the night). The breakfast was ample but a little limited on choice.

The shower door didn’t really shut properly and the fridge took an age to cool down
Quiet, clean and away form the centre of Paris in a beautiful part of the city. Staff were sweet and thoughtful and helped get us an early breakfast as we had an early start

Ergonomy of the room is in need for revision. The bathroom has no storage space for your things. The bed was moving around too much at the slightest touch.
Very nice venue, nice people, helpful and friendly. Everything in pretty good shape and quality. Adjustable room temperature, nice big windows that can be open.

A late night (after midnight) delivery truck causing commotion right out the window in front. Could use more soundproofing of any kind. Loud people with no consideration for others + Thin walls = lack of a full night's sleep.
The location in relation to the bus stops and even the trains station. The bed was indeed comfortable. And also the proximity to organic food store and Aldo was rather useful.

Bit disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open during our stay
Good location in St Cloud, with easy access to get to Roland Garros. The room was a good size, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel which had far more character than we had expected. Breakfast was great and all the staff were super attentive

No major complaints.
3-night stay.Nice small hotel in Saint Cloud. Rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom and toilet, though not a major problem. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the breakfast. Would definitely return in the future.

Good location with free parking (6 spaces) and good breakfast. Hotel also has a restaurant (closed on Monday). Walking distance to Saint Cloud for other restaurants.

My room was fine, I was only there one night and used it as a base to attend a concert. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was absolutely fine for what I used it for but, I can’t really comment about the hotel much more than that
