This is our tenth stay at this wonderful hotel. We love every about it. It’s spotlessly clean, the rooms are marvellous with added bonus of small kitchenette hidden in cupboard. It’s quiet and away from frenetic sea front of Cannes. Pool and jacuzzi always enjoyed. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were all very helpful. The room was lovely. The filtered water was a nice touch. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Limited parking, but some street parking was available. The camera that overlooking the parking space is blocked by trees.

Nice Rivera hotel in a quiet residential area. I would go back. Worth the money. We stayed in October which is off season.

We were on a road trip and stayed here one night. Convenient onsite parking is available, and the hotel is well located close to the center. The rooms were extremely spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the spa facilities.

It is up a hill, which when its hot can be a challenge. But if you are a walker as we are, its not too bad, and then you can recover by the pool with a cool drink.

We loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room, comfortable bed and big bathroom, all modern and clean. The description said balcony, it was a great size. We ate our breakfast and occasional dinner on the balcony. The pool area sensational, the grounds beautifully groomed. Service and staff excellent. The area lovely - we walked everywhere and felt comfortable even late at night.

Not much to not like.

Lovely facility. Small enough to feel intimate. Slighly away from center of Cannes, but a relatively quick walk if in good fysical condition (particularly back from town). Great staff and wonderful premises.

sometimes smelling cleaning smell in the public spaces... when i first got out of the elevator downstairs sometimes there was a distinct smell of washing detergent for the floor.

Location for the town excellent - 15 minutes from the centre. Roof Top Pool and Hot Tub extremely well maintained.

These are very minor because our (daughter and me) experience was great but.. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and tear.. there was a rip in my duvet cover (quite a large one), the bottom of my bedframe was ripped. The towels were also frayed quite a bit. The Aircon unit in the room omits quite a bright light which did wake me up on a few occasions when I left the aircon on. If this disturbs you, bring a sleep mask or something similar. The balneotherapy pool (big jacuzzi) wasn't fully working, some buttons are broken. Breakfast was 20 euros and continental. There was a very small hot food selection of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and boiled eggs. And for 20 Euros I would have expected a little bit more. This is the main meal the hotel provides. Everything else throughout the day is light platters of food, deli meats and cheeses. They do make you aware of this and provide some takeaway menus in reception.

Loved Loved loved this boutique hotel. You could be somewhere in the country. Never would you think Cannes beachfront and all its noise is just 15-20 mins walk away. On our arrival around 10pm we were greeted by Karin, who gave us such a warm welcome, we even booked ourselves to the spa that evening (its open until 11pm!). Warm hospitality was consistent with all of the staff we came across at this hotel. It makes such a difference. Our room was perfect for my 12yo Daughter and I. There is a kitchenette that is hidden away which is ideal. They also provide a filter for the tap water to reduce the need for plastic water bottles. The bathroom was very modern with perfect water pressure. Our terrace was like something out of a romance novel, we also had two sun loungers and terrace furniture so we could eat outside. Lunch and dinner are not served- only breakfast but you're able to uber eats or get a takeaway from the local restaurants. Beds were made up every day. It was a very special trip for us bot

The only negatives for us was that we had to park our car on the road despite specifically choosing a hotel with parking and the breakfast experience wasn’t as good as other hotels, we had to keep asking for basics like milk and orange and the member of staff wasn’t that friendly. However, our room had a kitchenette so we were easily able to make our own breakfasts.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and stylish with a lovely view of the pool from the terrace. The location was good as it was nearer enough to walk to the beaches, shops and bars but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing.

Quiet place far from crowds, spacious clean room( prestige), the staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful, parking, spa zone, kitchen corner in the room( not in all rooms)
