The bathroom had no window so you needed to make sure you kept it well ventilated. A blind in the main bedroom and kitchen would be appreciated. The overall floor cleanliness could be improved. But the whole property was clean.

Beautiful views and location. We stayed in the bottom apartment. Two bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a patio. The kitchen was well equipped and had a handy pantry for extra storage. You can drop your belongings off on the drive and then you park away from the house in a car park. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment gets the morning and early afternoon sun, not the evening. You can eat your evening meal outside comfortable. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the small harbour where we hired a boat for the morning. We found this easier than parking and paying. There was no air conditioning but fans were provided. We kept the shutters closed. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay there.

Fantastic attic apartment with views of Lake Annecy. Pleasant host who welcomed us on arrival and gave us suggestions of where to eat and directions to a nice bakery. We had a spot outside to park our motorcycle and had a nice patio area to sit out and enjoy the view from in the evening.

Despite it being a cold miserable day there was no heating on for our arrival and so the property felt cold and had a slight damp smell. The wifi was slow and kept dropping out.

The location was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful with a view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated.

The modern feel of the apartment and the comfort and space that it offered. The bathroom was beautiful, with the biggest rain shower head that we have ever come across!

The apartment was well designed with an eye for style. It was perfectly functional and comfy for our needs. It is in a tremendous location, looking out over the lake to the mountains beyond

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful location! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner, David, was very helpful and answered all our questions about the area including the bus to Annecy as well as bike rentals nearby. He also told us about the amazing bakery which was a 10 minute walk we gladly took every morning!

The host tried to increase the price of the room on our arrival as the booking didn’t register there were three of us…but we’d booked an apartment with 2 double beds in two separate rooms and that was what we were paying for at the agreed price. There seems to be an issue with the booking information that the number of guests doesn’t always translate into the confirmation. This has happened to me before and cause lots of issues.

The location, clean, really well put together and newly refurbished. Close to bike hire, lake and restaurants. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful

The balcony is very small and is more an entrance with table and chairs, exactly like in the picture. It's ok but since the room name suggested lake view we were a bit disappointed.

The host was very nice and welcoming. The room was big, yet cosy and comfortable. Overall, good value for money.
