Restaurant was wonderful. Check in was somewhat odd. The receptionist wanted to write down my credit card number in full which I refused even though I had paid for the room in advance and had deposited an extra €150 for security. Two pillows were coated in plastic protective layer which was odd and meant they could not be used. Very good hotel. Would be excellent if teething issues with check in and pillows were sorted.

Quite cold in the room, the heating was not effective enough so it took quite long to make the temperature in the room comfortable.

The pillows! I couldn't use the pillow because it was far too full/ plump and with little 'give' so I felt that my neck was being held up at an uncomfortable angle.

The hotel is huge with a very corporate feel but excellent for a night stopover. The breakfast was good with a reasonable selection

Restaurant menu was limited. No traditional French dishes eg Coq au Vin. Children were jumping in the pool on to of swimmers (although this seems prevelant these days).

If I had to pick one thing, being Irish, the bar service was a little slow.

The room was a great treat, good size, clean and bright. The pool is the perfect size and located in a great court yard. Bar and outdoor seating was a perfect. Can't fault the facilities.

The pool was smaller than I'd imagined. The hot breakfast wasn't great.

The room was comfortable. The bed was a great size. We met the Irish team at the hotel.

Breakfast was poor. Too many guests. Chef couldn’t cook enough food quick enough. It felt like feeding time at the zoo. Everything ran out and we constantly needed to ask for them to top up the breakfast.

Sadly, and I know it’s not important but requested some milk for our tea/coffee, reception could not organise so went to bar to ask, basically, sorry, can’t do it. Disappointed as Neither I nor my wife like black tea or coffee.

This is a really great hotel. The staff is very kind and professional, the facilities were really exceptional. Food at the restaurant was unique and the garden around it to die for! The parking is big with tesla chargers in the yard of the hotel. I really don't see what else can someone need from a hotel at such a reasonable pricing.

Very comfortable (large) room with balcony in recently refurbished part of the hotel. Lovely swimming pool set amongst tropical gardens and excellent restaurant with a very reasonable set daily menu.

In the room there is a tea/coffee set, Nescafé machine which is really great. But they put paper cups aside! I would like to drink good coffee or tea in such a cozy room with normal cups not with disposable cups! This is not the level of 4-star hotel. The service is quite strange, I would even say poor. They are not able to solve a simple problem without calling to a supervisor. We were traveling from Bordeaux and had a bottle of good cremant from there. We would like to taste it in the evening and I called to room service to ask for two glasses and an ice bucket (what can be easier for the hotel to provide?!) They told us they are not allowed to give glasses to the rooms if only the bottle is purchased in their bar. When I said that they do not have the same bottle I have from Bordeaux and asked why I cannot have glasses in the room, they answered that they have 300 guests in the hotel and if everyone asks for glasses in the room there will be a lack of glasses in the bar 🤦🏼‍♀️ I asked for an exception and the girl asked me to wait while she calls the supervisor. At last she came back and said ok we will give you bucket and glasses but you have to come to the bar. My husband went there and brought 2 glasses for wine and empty bucket. That’s what they gave ‘as an exception’

The room is modern and clean. The linen and the towels were exceptionally clean and of a good quality. the bed was comfortable and our daughter had her own big bed (convertible sofa). The hotel has huge parking and you can do the check in 24/7
