The room was out-of-date and needed serious overhaul - the light switch next to the bed was falling off the wall. The furniture was old and worn out and lastly, there were ants in my room.

We stayed on a Friday night. The park across the street was lovely in evening. But then it got very loud and raucous with the revelry. They were having fun, but sadly it kept us from sleeping.

wifi was basically unusable in the top floor room.

I loved the view overlooking the small park across the street. easy walk to Gare du Nord, and Gare de l'Est about as far away, and in between two metro stops. It met my needs just fine.

The Shower could be updated as it was very small, and quite shabby.

The location is very good near Metro, and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection.

There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like. It was a little difficult to fall asleep due to the street noise, but that’s not the fault of the property. We have a white noise app on our phone and that worked.

The location is good, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the towels were perfect, there’s a hair dryer and wash/shampoo in the room, it was clean and the breakfast was perfect. All you need is a clean place to sleep and shower and we would stay there again.

The shower was a little bit small, and the water stream was on the weak side - but that was alright. There was no air conditioning in the room, but we didn't need it (we visited at the end of march). There were no appliances in the room (no kettle, no mini fridge). It said so in Booking.com, but in hindsight we would have been glad to have a fridge and a kettle.

The location was great: a nice neighborhood, within walking distance from a metro station. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and some restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance as well. The room felt nice, not too big but not too small either, and it was well heated. It was cleaned daily. The bed was excellent in my opinion, though it was a bit too stiff for my spouse. The staff was always lovely and happy to help us with everything we needed. Great value for your money.

Poor and intermittent internet. A bit basic, could do with decent coving, few more pictures, shower hand held only. More draws needed. No hot drink facilities.

Clean, staff friendly and accommodating, 24 hour reception. Good location, near to tube station and food outlets. Breakfast facilities handy and good ( cereal, bread, croissants , yogurt)..

There was nothing I didn’t like. All was good, clean bed and room, friendly staff and perfect location!

I didn’t had any breakfast. The room was fine. I especially liked the locks on the windows. You could leave them open and you are still safe. Brilliant idea. You can leave the windows open to let a breeze in but nobody could get into the room, very good

Even with the elevator, we had to use some stairs. Really uncomfortable with a baby stroller.
