You gotta be quick for breakfast, as there's more choice and things arent replenished as they're finished. (It didn't bother us at all, as there was plenty of options)

The staff was very lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the metro. Area is quite nice, loads of cafés and restaurants. The location is really quiet.

Spotless room, super kind and helpful staff, excellent location on a (very) quiet street in a neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants (turn the corner and there are so many options — but none of the noise makes it to the hotel), and a lovely walk to many other parts of Paris I wanted to see.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. Depends what you are looking for from a location perspective. Very different from Saint Germain - more local/residential/less touristy.

Staff were outstanding and helpful. Gorgeous Old fashion tiny French lift takes two peopleor spiral staircase. Rooms nice and warm (it was winter) and very comfortable- bathroom spacious and modern. Loved the classy and unique airline themed lobby / reception area where you could go and have a glass of wine (or more). Buy some of the most expensive wines in France by the ‘tube’ which is effectively a glass. Breakfast was normal French style (pastries/cheese/butter/jam/scrambled eggs/bacon and sausage/fruit & yoghurt). fresh and delicious. Handy to Palais Garnier (Opera House)/Galleries Layfette/Monmarte/Sacre Couer. Easy 15min walk (max) to Gard de Nour train station (with suit case)

Property was located in a very central place and had easy travel options towards the attractions atound. Thy guy who was at the reception was so nice and welcoming. Provided all the details for a nice stay. Property provided the best comfort and all the basic needs for a stay.

Super boutique hotel in an unbeatable location: a quiet, semi-pedestrian street in the heart of a bustling, non-touristy area full of interesting restaurants, cafes and shops, yet a short walk from Gare du Nord, Opera etc. Staff were helpful and friendly - a special mention for their willingness to indulge our rusty French, despite their excellent English!

Breakfast is always very limited in France so it’s not just this particular hotel but I wouldn’t bother getting breakfast included next time … probably better to grab a coffee and croissant nearby.

We had a very spacious room by Paris standards. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a nice quiet street but near a metro . It’s pretty central. I would definitely stay again.

The corridors and staircases need a bit of a refresh, but the rooms and communal areas are lovely; and beautifully designed.

The staff and level of service was truly outstanding . There was nothing that was too much trouble and they made our stay truly memorable. A fantastic location and a wonderful atmosphere.

Price was at the upper end of what I wanted, but it was Paris in peak season! And if you want a great hotel to relax in after a day exploring Paris this is perfect.

Great location close to two metro stations, but also very walkable to places like Montmartre and the Louvre. Short walk from Gard du Nord. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice, quiet, clean room for three and the size was pretty decent for a Paris hotel in a central location. Great air conditioning in room for an August heat wave. My children loved the hotel and it was a large part of what made the holiday a great success. Staff accommodated my room requests for sleeping arrangements with no problem. Good restaurants nearby. Fabulous and good value patisseries and boulangeries close by for breakfast.

If you like a lively bar in your hotel, this isn’t the one for you. However, there are bars close by if you fancy a nightcap after an evening out.

The location of this hotel is superb. Set on a very quiet street, there is no through traffic very little. A collection of lovely restaurants and shops close by. The staff could not have been nicer, giving recommendations for things to do in the evening as well as making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

only let down was the breakfast! It was a bit expensive for what was on offer- but I blame myself for this and totally understand that it might not make economic sense for the hotel to lay on a feast fit for kings and queens

Excellent hotel, incredibly warm and friendly staff- the location of the hotel is excellent despite being so close to Gare du Nord (approximately 15 mins walk) and numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants and clubs.

Nothing to dislike!

Wondeful hotel. Room was not overly large but it was perfect for us as it was just a place to stay while we explored Paris! Clean, quiet and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights with a friend and it was perfect for what we wanted. Location was great and easy to get to several metro lines depending on where we were visiting. Staff on reception 24 hours so we felt safe even when arriving back late.

The second day my room wasn’t made up or cleaned (even though I was out for hours).

The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. You can refill bottles in your fridge with still or sparkling water as much as you like.
