The hotel feels a little bit outdated. The bathroom is extremely basic, no hand shower, no bidet. The pressure in the overhead shower was quite weak.

Central location, close to the lake and the commercial area of Bariloche. A few nice touches in the room, like chocolates and a bottle of water. Quiet and clean room.

It’s incredibly noisy! We had a room with a view over the lake which made sleeping almost impossible due to the continuous traffic on the main street. Also the hotel could use some renovations, feels like nothing has been changed in 20 years. For us the swimming pool area was too cold, so we could only use the swimming pool once which was a shame given that this was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel

The hotel is walking distance from pretty much everything in the city which was convenient. The rooms are big and the bed was really comfortable.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect if you want to see city and surroundings. Our room had 2 bedrooms and it is excelent for the family with children. It is clean and silent.

There is no temperature control in the room, the radiator boosts twice a day and if you are in the room by that time you will be cooked inside. Other thing the decreases a lot the room comfort is the lack of a toilet shower in the bathroom, unaccetable for a hotel like this.

Location was great, hotel ammenities as pool, restaurant, gym were very nice as well. The Staff was realy gentle.

The shower was very weak and dificult to wash the hair with so few water. The wifi inside the bedroon was poor.

Nice hotel option in the centre of Bariloche. We stay in the family room with 2 bedroons and 2 bathrooms and one space for clothing and frigobar. The bedroons were big, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was ok - there were varieties but poor quality in some items. Even thought, there were many options. The location is great, near to Mitre street. There are groceries, liquor store and restaurants around (including shops for rental snow clothes almost in front). The restaurante of the hotel (Toscano I believe) had great food, reasonable price and jazz shows some nights. Is is a perfect choice to eat after a day of skiing.

the hotel was under renovation which we were t informed of prior to arrival so was very dusty & noisy at early hours and throughout the day. rooms large and comfy with all the comforts you may need, staff lovely and helpful and offered discount when we complained about the noise levels. very conveniently located and I’m pretty sure I’d love our stay if we came at different time

The hallways were a little beat up. The breakfast though good want as good as the NH hotels we stayed in Spain. No AC which required us to open the windows which resulted in more traffic noise at night. No control over the radiant heaters.

The breakfast was good. The room was good sized. The wifi was very good. The location was very good to the main shopping area. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were okay. The shower was excellent along with good water pressure and the water temperature stayed consistent.

Hotel needs some maintenance and upkeep. The walls are banged up and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms are small and stark.
