They are renovating at the moment and on Saturday morning at 5 am, construction noise of a wall tearing down or knocking something into the wall with the vibration noise all over the apartment but the staff was nice about it and we had no problem the next morning.

There was nothing bad about the apartment. But the kitchen is not suitable for doing much cooking, apart from breakfast because it is small. The apartment was quite warm on a sunny weekend in early April so we asked for heating to be turned off. The lady and gentleman at reception were both extremely pleasant and helpful if fulfilling our requests.

Great location, about 30 minute walk to the Hofburg. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Great Italian restaurant down the street called Pizza Scarabocchio, also The Long Hall bar is 5 minutes away. Two nice bars on the same street. The apartment was perfect size for 2-3 people, the beds were comfortable and there was no street noise once the windows were closed. The service from the staff was second to none. I made a few requests during our stay and they were taken care of straight away. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

The ventilation in the bathroom was not good and the temperature of the water in the bathtub/shower varied all the time. In addition, the room was not particularly clean. There were long black hairs on the floors and the white socks turned dark from the bottom when walking in the room. Otherwise it was hygienic. The hotel is not staffed at night. Only one weak lock on the outside gate was before the room at night. Could the stairwells also be kept locked?

The hotel staff was very helpful. You could check into the room earlier, the instructions were clear and everything worked. The location was fine for us. Public transport within walking distance. The room was huge. In my opinion, the hotel fulfills the needs well for the price. I can recommend.

The location itself is pretty quiet but it doesn't take long to get into the main town (20 mins on foot) or there is a tram nearby.

The was a cigarette smell which was overpowering. I opened the window but it never went. One of the guest must have smoked it previously inside and it reeked the entire apartment. Perhaps this needs sorting.

I loved the district which it was in as it was very close to the centre. You can walk it. There is also a local supermarket to buy breakfast etc. Plus a great bakery, pizza place, restaurants, and pubs. There is a bar downstairs which is a jazz bar. It was a brilliant location.

The thermostat did not work properly so it got very warm in the apartment with the windows closed.

The concierge was very friendly and speaks multiple languages. The location is excellent, it is near all the big sight seeing attractions, but in a quiet street. Public transportation is just a few meters away. We booked the comfort apartment and it was excellent. Very spacious, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make a nice breakfast (or dinner for that matter). It was clean and light and comfortable.
