The shower leaks water all over the floor, so we had to put towels on the floor. We checked in at 11pm. There was no one at the reception. There was just a note, that they will be back in 5mins with a number that you cannot call via whatsapp. We decided to go book another room in another hotel nearby & we found out that the receptionist works at both hotels at the same time so sometimes she leaves.

The room was okay. You get what you pay for. But i recommend. The breakfast was good from 7 am till 11 am. The room had a balcony which is nice

Sounds traveled through the door and walls as if they weren't there. It got very noisy on the floor my room was and it was hard to sleep. For someone who is traveling for work and needs to get up early, the inability to fall asleep can significantly affect their day.

We stayed in the studio without neighbors above, so the light in the room didn't let us sleep much. We choose a bed for a couple but we slept very bad. Never saw some bed clothes like these, very small we were sleeping directly on the mattress. Not good if you're a couple. Cleaning is average.

The staff was nice with a pretty WC with bath. Location is also good with an excellent traditional restaurant near and also the central bus station a couple of minutes. In our room the could see the mountains.

The room is heated with the fan equiped heater which was making a constant noise in the room. The shower area had a broken heater so it was very cold inside and I did not dare to use it for shower. The hotel is lcoated to another hotel and the signs at the reception were misleading pointing to a single reception for two hotels while this one has its own.

It was an emergency night stay so I did had time to choice carefully. The room is spacious and matching the hotel description. Overall the beds and interrior were Ok for the provided price range. The towels were clean and provided for everyone. The checkin was quick and the staff was friendly. It was a late checkin so apreciate that I hadn't had to wait much.

Wifi was practically dead, websites were loading for several minutes, connection was breaking.

Wasn’t cleaned to a good standard. Heater in bathroom didn’t work. No tv remote. Smell of sewage from bathroom pipes. Shower seal around floor was leaking water all over floor.

Location to bus station is perfect. The hotel is ok, they need to spend more effort on the rooms and bathrooms. Staff were helpful

We informed many times of our late checkin, they were supposed to send us a door code some days before but they didn't. When we got there at 23h, there was no one, we called and message a number and Booking app and no one answered. We panicked until we saw another number there to call and a receptionist from other hotel came there to help. When we asked for reception times for next day and checkout they said "we don't know, every day is a new person and a new schedule". So there is no reception! It is safe by codes, but if you don't have a local phone working and speak fluent English you will have a lot of trouble to get in. I don't recommend this stress, as there are other options for the same price available.

The room was quite good, the showers were good too. The breakfast was delicious and with variety, the price was good. The location is very convenient, you can walk 10 min to main bus station and Serdika, where you find supermarkets and groceries. It was simple but good despite the issues with access below.

It was absolutely freezing cold in the dining room at breakfast,the first morning the coffee machine run out of water so no hot drinks were available the food that should have been served hot was not hot enough

The front desk lady wasn't so communicative, and hospital. In one of the rooms we had a full of cigarettes ashtray in the room, bad smell from the toilet and in the other room the water wasn't draining in the shower and the curtains were torn.

There was a parking place but they demand money if you dont park there you have to move your car and change the park place in sofya parking is a big problem but the hotel demand money for parking .there must be free parking for the customers

I booked direct with the hotel online. Upon arrival they had lost my reservation. To stay at hotel they had to move my friends from their room and move us together in a suite. Not ideal but the receptionist was helpful. Not her fault I suppose. The breakfast was disappointing I had to ask for more scrambled egg and the heater was off so it was all cold.
