We had a lot of noise and people were trying to open the doors to our rooms when we were sleeping. We had 4 rooms, the air con was also very loud

Love the hot tubs and heated pool in the cold winter weather! It's a real resort feeling . Rooms are well equipped to eat in and prep so save money and time that way.

Heating fan was a bit noisy but very effective.....even though ceiling was probably 15 feet high.

Room was excellent, very comfy. Kitchen was outfitted extremely well, everything was of decent quality and covered all the basics needs. TV was excellent, with a full selection of channels. Bathroom was very clean and well laid out. Location was right on the beaches, though a very short drive into town and restaurants. In-house restaurant was a bit expensive, but looked nice enough....we opted to go to the recommended Sage pub, 5 minute drive away and it was outstanding. Very reasonable prices and food was terrific!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, there was around 20+kids (hockey teams+their siblings) whole weekend and they took over whole pool. Screaming and splashing around until late night. Restaurant was lower mediocre for the price.

The restaurant was beautiful but unfortunately the food was horrible. The cod was very rubbery (inedible) and the rib steak was less than 1/4 inch thick. At least the chocolate cake was delicious!

Children's noise.

The time spent was unfortunately affected by the smoke from the surrounding wildfires. This condition dampened our spirits. Had a wonderful time seeking out and tasting the wineries. We found the poolside somewhat noisy with the splashing about. This however can't be helped as it vacation time.

The pool and the beach area are quite small. There are BBQ's provided for guests to use but there aren't seating/picnic area provided to enjoy the food as sometime you don't want to eat in your room. The pool/beach towels are old and are often ran out.

Nice big room and very comfortable. It's good to have a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is nice and helpful. The foods from the restaurant are ok.

The food in the restaurant is expensive and not very good. Was impossible to get a beach towel or chair around the pool. Air conditioning in room is super loud.

The poolside menu was a little underwhelming. I know that there are a lot of families and therefore there seamed to be a lot of things children would like. I would have liked to see a healthy salad or a fish option on there.

Great location, nice and clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful pool area and beach as well but the beach was a little small and the beach chairs were taken up early in the day. Looks like people came up and put towels on them then stayed up at the pool. Good poolside service and fabulous margaritas.
