Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe location is unbeatable right across from central train station and within the perimeter of Tivoli. As a guest, we had access to behind the scenes Tivoli tours (which were excellent!) and the ability to enter the park prior to outside guests to walk around and/or easily transit. The food was superb and the rooms (size, detail, cleanliness and comfort) far exceeded expectations. We also appreciate the high end gym and spa amenities.

United KingdomWe loved the hotel, it is amazing, but just a few niggles. The bathroom neded to be updated. The wash hand basins were cracked, the shower fitments difficult to use. Needed heated towel rail and under floor heating. The lighting in the bedroom very poor particularly in the dressing area. The dressing gowns needed renewing, as uncomfortable to wear. Cushions on the sofa would have been a lovely touch. Not able to find anywhere to sit in the lounge areas when afternoon tea was being served.
The location was fantastic with views over Tivoli and having access to all the rides included in your stay. The staff were amazing.

Where do I begin! From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only guests. This was a special treat for our anniversary. There was a handwritten note to commemorate our special day along with champagne, fresh flowers and chocolates. The room was beautiful with antiques and a wood burning fire. Turndown service provided more chocolates, a sleep mask and rose petals on the bed. The view in to Tivoli was magical. The service at breakfast was excellent with a buffet and an a la carte option. Tivoli was magical at night and the Halloween decorations were wonderful. If I could have a “Groundhog Day” in my life, it would be my 24 hours at Nimb and Tivoli. Thank you so much.

Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.
