We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We enjoyed, the first contact with Sasha the receptionist, all the staff, Management and all the facilities at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. We were served with a smile and polite conversations throughout our short stay. What was most commendable was the ability to check out at 12 pm. Our luggage could be stored and we had full use the facilites for the day. Which we used, we enjoyed our final drink on the terrace, then left early afternoon.

SpainUnfortunately the queue for checkin was very long. Next time I will definitely try to checkin online. The indoor pool was very cold. The breakfast times almost need to be staggered, even in the off season, there were so many people!
The staff were soooo lovely and very accommodating. The views from the pool area were magnificent! The breakfast had lots of variety. Our room had a beautiful view over the gardens and we could see the ocean, very comfy beds. Lovely hotel and will be pleased to return.

United KingdomI payed for a front sea view and the room I was given had a tree in front of my balcony, when I spoke to reception I was told that all the rooms had trees in front of them, and to be honest I found them slightly unhelpful, and only the superior had full sea view . My friends who payed three hundred less for a side view actually had a better view than us. Did feel cheated I could not see the sea if I was sitting on my balcony and had to stand on the left side of the balcony to see any of the sea.
