Nice and quiet location, nice room , comfy bed ,hotel personnel let us park our rented motorbike on premises. Breakfast was great with lots of choices .

This was our second stay. Staff made our stay fantastic. Breakfast and dinners were very good. Room was clean and adeqate. I will definitely come back.

the A/C in the room our kids had was not working for the whole stay. They could not fix it the entire stay nor they could give us a different room. At the end they gave us a €10 discount which was an insult for sleeping 7 days without A/C. I did ask for the Hotel Management to get in contact to make things right. I was a professional in the travel industry for 15 years and I know that a 10-15% refund would have been fair. A €10 refund at check out, really?

The rooms need renovating. Bathrooms are really outdated. The toiletries they provide are a joke.... No mini-bar/fridge... Although we specifically asked for a quiet room, we could not sleep at all because of the AC that was located just above the bed and the temperature was too cold and it could not be adjusted. We ended up not sleeping because of the heat. The walls are very thin. We could here everything from our neighbours.

Buffet was not as great as I thought when reading the reviews. Cleanliness of the room was not great: the floor was always dusty.

The lock got jammed one day and it was a bit tricky to go out, but staff was helpful.

Great location, easy to access, close to the beach - 5 min, to the buss, and just flat terrain and no hills. Very nice staff, especially the Bulgarian lady and the morning staff. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and large, as we got a free upgrade :) ONE million thank you! It's great that it's a cozy feeling, and not a big crowded hotel. The food was tasty and abundant, from fish and paella, to grill and lots of salads. The area is lovely for walking.

there are no parking. free parking area is near the hotel. But it is not easy to put car. It is always full. I received a bill that I don't remember. at this time, a travelar translated and help me. as a result, I didn't pay. But, I don't trast the hotel. I have never been in such an unreliable hotel before.

The breakfast had really good quality! Hotel installations were clean and comfortable. Moreover, the hotel staff was really helpful and nice! In particular, we arrive at night for the check in and we checked out early, for that, Juan was the hotel staff during the nights, so he assisted us and was really kind and helpful. Thank you a lot Juan!

Overall it was a nice stay :) We were moved to Morlan Gardens as the hotel was overbooked. That wasn’t a problem however, I didn’t mind. The room I stayed in was very basic, again that’s okay. The AC did not work at all and it was extremely hot. The room itself was so warm that I got barely any sleep. I reported the issue to reception and I was told some lie about sensors. That room probably hasn’t been updated since 2001, the AC was an old unit that couldn’t sense whether it was on or off, so being told this lie was quite surprising. Not only that but the windows and doors didn’t even close properly. Had I continued to complain about the AC issue it most likely would have been solved so that’s on me, but also I wasn’t offered any alternatives, not even a fan. The food in Morlan Gardens was borderline awful, however it was absolutely delicious in Hotel Morlan so we chose to eat there instead.

Overall it was a nice stay :) Staff were nice, 24 hour reception. The location is fantastic, on a quiet street very close to the beach! Really lovely area away from the loud noises

Was woken most mornings before 7am by brewery deliveries outside room, which seemed to take an age. OK not the hotel's fault but I did request a quiet room. Veggie options for dinner (main course) were limited and unvaried. Room layout was awkward. No mirror near "dressing table" and limited room to move around bed. The room I was provided is not pictured on the website. No English channels on TV and poor reception on existing channels.

Great location and friendly staff. Decent air conditioning in room.
