Heating was very weak. One room heater not working. Toilet access too tight. Toilet Room too small. Very little coffee or tea......no milk or coffee mate. Very noisy guests banging and shouting at 02:30 am. Car parking is extra charge.

Only one thing i dislike the a/c was terrible didn't work at all, thank goodness wasn't to hot.

The receptionists seemed to be a bit confused. Wrong receipt for the payment. Smell of humidity in the corridor; the room was ok through. A bit expensive for what is offered.

Nice location in a nice neighborhood. Spacious room. Reasonable wifi. Bathroom was good, specially the shower. Interesting buildings.

The hairdresser was not working not any electric conneciton in the bathroom. The air conditioner was not working so had to sleep with the window opened and it was kind of noisy outside.

The hotel seems just renovated, so the rooms are clean, the lobby decoration with good taste, it is in centre ville of Rueil, so everything is next to the hotel, once you are in this city, you can do everything walking.

I wish the room had a kettle, and some basic coffee/tea facilities. The rooms are not soundproof, the doors are heavy and kept slamming on the corridor, I could also hear my neighbours' footsteps, closet closing etc.

The staff was super friendly, the location is nice and the bathroom was very nice as well. Towels, hair dryer and soaps are available.

The location... I went to a concert to la defence arena and this was the nearest hotel available. But the bus did not show up for like 40 minutes.. so I walk back to the hotel at night, it was not a good ideea...

The breakfast needs to be adding more varied foods.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a big shopping center, Mecdonadls restaurant, and bus #144 is 2 minutes away which takes you to La defense within 20 minutes, the staff was cooperative and the breakfast was good. I recommended this hotel.

Breakfast is okay, room with the attic was great, they provided baby cot freely, supermarket and many restaurants nearby, you can take bus number 144 to La Defense just opposite the hotel.

we had three rooms in total. One room had an issue with the bathroom. The room smelled and it seemed that the hotel was unaware of the issue. This room was on the ground floor.

They got paid for 3 nights in the third night and they still pending the same amount after that. Then I still not able to use some of money from my account. Even I called the reception but the issue still not resolved, and then the lady is not answering my call at all. Then I have to wait till when the pending duration finish (5 days after leaving the hotel).

It was a quite nice stay. Clean room, delicious breakfast and well reception.

It would be good to hear that the other branches of the hotel would be staying open. This is an excellent chain in terms of value, quality and above all personnel. So long as the hotels are open in Rueil-M and and the experienced, knowledgeable and helpful staff are retained (I wish I could name them but I didn't note their names) I will continue to use them any time I am in the neighbourhood. A much better experience than their competitors in their price range.
