We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery minor but felt the bathroom could do with a refresh . Car essential for eating out as no restaurant onsite but Honfleur is very close
Everything was great. Free ample secure parking, lovely new indoor swimming pool with sauna included in the price of the stay . Nice room with outdoor terrace with chairs ,complimentary water . Friendly and welcoming owners that speak excellent English . Good breakfast with choice of freshly cooked eggs. Highly recommend if visiting Honfleur and surrounding area. Would love to go back

It’s a gorgeous family run hotel situated slightly out of town in a quiet spot surrounded by trees and bushes which gives it a very exclusive private feel. It has an indoor poor and Sauna, plenty of free parking and offers a lovey breakfast with eggs cooked as you like them to order. The room was comfortable with a small terrace area which looked into a lovely garden area. Tea and coffee was available in the room, and the room made up each day with fresh towels. Husband and Wife team make it an excellent stay and speak good English. They made our stay absolutely delightful and we will certainly be back.

United KingdomSpa slippers broken, didn’t take any slippers because knew it was a spa Hotel so they would be in room to use … but they were broken . Not a big deal and probably if I had complained then they would have replaced but we were only there 2 nights so didn’t seem worth it but tiled floors so if like me you get cold feet then take slippers!!!!

Very welcoming staff, helping us with luggage and showing us around. Room was clean and comfortable, everything needed was provided. The breakfast was good and extra options as scrambled eggs are provided.

SwitzerlandThis is an absolute magical hidden gem. We had 2 very calm relaxing days traveling around this area and loved coming back to relax in the spa. The hotel is located outside q beautiful town, making it very calm, perfect to get away and rest. Room and bathroom were very spacious and modern. One of the highlights was the breakfast with fresh products. Since we arrived we felt welcomed as in a family.
