Good location, near to local train station so easy to travel to Florence, Lucca. Easy walk to Leaning tower of Pisa. Good choice for breakfast, cereals, pastries, cooked meats, bacon ,eggs and coffee. Room was clean and room cleaning daily, comfortable bed. Bar facilities very reasonably priced.

The 30 minute walk to the train station was fine for us, though could become an annoyance if you were using the hotel as a base to travel around local Tuscan towns via public transport and had to do it daily.

The 10 minute walk into the centre makes this a good location for exploring the Leaning Tower and other landmarks of Pisa. The rooms were basic but comfortable, having everything we needed for the stay. Breakfast was a highlight with an abundance of hot and cold options, and whilst we did not have time to make the most of it ourselves, we saw that the hotel restaurant (open in the evenings) had a range of reasonably-priced dishes, including Tuscan favourites. We had a drink at the bar one afternoon and that was also very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Would be great to start breakfast maybe at 7 during the week. Room was also a little warm which was odd as heat was not on. This didn't bother us too much though as we like to sleep with the window open for fresh air.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good size, with a comfortable queen sized bed, good shower and very clean. We could hear the two women in the room next to us talking, but it was only in the early evening. My impression was that if the noise had continued, the front desk staff would have helped resolve it. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good overall.

I didn't like that the 'double bed' was two single beds pushed together, resulting in a gap being created through the nap. The fridge in the room was also not on. We could hear the trains outside, but it wasn't too loud.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were amiable and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels every day. There have been spare blankets and pillows available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, the hotel was close to the Leaning Tower.

I enjoyed my stay this hotel. It is located just outside Pisa city center, about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Pisa Central Station. The room temperature was great prior to my arrival, slept in a very spacious bed and nice overhead shower! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were in Pisa for one night to primarily visit the Leaning Tower. The hotel is ideally situated for this - hence why we chose it. The room was very good. Modern with a Huge King bed and very nice bathroom. The staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of good information for our visit. The Pisa tower is a 15-minute flat walk from the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good and the restaurant staff were very attentative. Very nice hotel - and good value for money.

Considering it is a four-star hotel, there are a few minor details that need to be addressed, but nothing that would cause major issues.

The location is a 13-minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli and about 25 minutes from Pisa Centrale. Excellent, varied, and rich breakfast. We liked the rooms and felt comfortable in them. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The rooms are not very well sound isolated and we could hear what the other guests were saying, it's also very close to the train line, so it can get noisy. The shower temperature kept oscillating.
