Restaurant and room are slightly overpriced for what is offered. I would stay at the hotel again but wouldn’t eat at the restaurant.

The property wad beautiful very clean and well kept. The SPA is great and very relaxing. Incredible staff.

We we’re leaving a bit earlier than start of the breakfast, and asked if we could have a breakfast 15-30 minutes earlier than breakfast was originally starting unfortunately instead we got breakfast boxes which did not contain any fresh food.

No pool. Very expensive spa access that is necessary to get to the pool. The spa facilites were okay, but not worth 62 eur.

Booking for pool access is only possible if you book the spa too. Which can be expensive if you want to do it more than once.

Setting and scenery were gorgeous but a little hard to explore or get to without a car.

I think when paying EUR 300 a night for a room, access to the pool should be included (although I do agree on keeping a spa pool child free)

I was here with my partner for 4 days, it has been just amazing, clean rooms, very beautiful resort, and kind staff. We will for sure visit this pearl again some time.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, but it was not hot outside, so we did not ask to fix it. It didn't spoil the experience for us.

Very quiet hotel in a beautiful location. More suitable for couples. Everything was at a very good level. Great spa, friendly and helpful staff. The perfect place to relax and swim in the heated pool. The hotel has a great view and an excellent restaurant with good drinks and delicious food. On Thursdays there is live music, which is very atmospheric. I was very satisfied:)

The wifi disconnected a lot which was a bit annoying but could deal with it. The light switches were a bit confusing as some had bell symbols on and we were afraid of calling reception by accident but managed to figure them out, also wasn’t able to work the fan in the room. said the room was soundproof but we could hear people next door and in the hallway and the music downstairs. No Room service on the Thursday due to Grill and Music night. Says in the welcome book in the room that there was a menu but there wasn’t so had to ask at reception. No English Spa booklet to see treatments. There were also several ant nests around the spa, there were ants on the alcohol bottles at the bar downstairs and there were ants in the spa in the sauna and under the chairs outside due to all the nests.

Brilliant room and view on balcony, Very very clean and maintenance is brilliant and cleaning service. Very friendly staff and meets all requests. Shower was brilliant and very relaxing. Great selection for breakfast (included) and staff were lovely in the restaurant. There was options for hot food but it was extra pay which is understandable. The spa was very relaxing and staff were extra helpful with information with travelling to Bergamo and transport was offered (€35 each way) Room service was available and was delivered very well and quick.
