The pool and the location was great. The staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast came with a great selction and the coffee was very good. You could take a nice walk along the sea yo get to the center or borrow bikes at the reception.

I cannot fault this place!

The staff were all so friendly and accomedating. The went above and beynd to through out our stay. The property itself and its facilites were so clean and welcoming. Its location is perfect and only a short bike ride to toen. We would and will be returing to stay here in the future! full recomended!

I would have preferred having an electric kettle in the room. The staff at the restaurant were always happy to provide hot water for making tea, but having our own facilities would have been more convenient. Also it should be noted that the hotel is some distance from the centre of Desenzano, and might arguably be regarded as being in Rivoltella. We were happy with that but it may not suit others.

The room was very comfortable, and provided with a fridge. It also had a balcony with a table to sit at. The hotel has a very pleasant garden setting. The shore of the lake was a 100m walk away. There were eateries within a short walk but also a restaurant in-house. A bus nearby runs to Sirmione. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality. The fitness centre and pool looked good but we did not use them.

The only slight issue I had(and it’s very subjective) is I found the mattress really too firm. However my husband said it was fine. But a small price to pay for an otherwise exceptional stay.

We had such a lovely stay . The facilities were great, plenty of seating outside and the hot tub was a lovely plus after a day full of walking. The staff were all really friendly. Breakfast had a fabulous selection to suit most appetites. All areas of the hotel were spotless. Thank you

The decor of the room seemed very dated. Evening meal was not great. Location relied on buses, which weren’t always reliable. It was in between the 2 resorts of Desenzano and Sirmoine so you had to travel to either to get the ferry for the lake.

The quietness of the room . Good selection at breakfast . Helpful staff. Nice facilities such as pool, sauna, jacuzzi .Easy walk to the Lake for pleasant stroll.

The pool was adequate but would have preferred it to be a bit deeper and a bit confusing regarding where to change

The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and high quality produce. I also liked the option to dine outside. The room was clean and comfortable and really liked the balcony. Great pool, jacuzzi and whole relaxing zone. Room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts 🙂 hotel is located about 2 km from the Desenzano city center, it's a walking distance, but there is also a bus stop nearby and you can take a bus to Desenzano, Sirmione and Verona.

The only thing lacking was a bar area for the evenings to play cards in. There were too many mosquitos in the outside areas and not enough light to play cards so an indoor bar with bar service would have been better.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were cleaned to a very good standard. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool facilities were enjoyed by all the family. Bike hire was a god send as one of our family had a foot injury and struggled to walk so we used the bikes.

not much not to like, we had a great stay. if anything i'd say the restaurant food wasn't anything exceptional, but it did the trick for the one night we were too exhausted to go out

Room was very clean, sheets were actually white, pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. Breakfast selection was absolutely excellent. Gym facilities are excellent, indoor pool is a nice size, staff were extremely friendly, car park was perfect for our rental, location is great. all in all, an extremely pleasant stay!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We were given an upgrade upon arrival. The room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony and great air conditioning. The hotels facilities are brilliant. Both the indoor pool and rooftop jacuzzi are great. The hotel also offers bikes which can be rented for the day, very handy for getting around the area. Breakfast was excellent each morning with a great selection to choose from. Overall a great stay.

There is no much space in the room with one queen and one solo bed.

Access to the pool on the 1st floor and jacuzzi on the 3th floor is practical. Beds are too comfort. Balcony is great. Breakfast is nice and tasty...fresh fruits espacially. Pool is clean, and area around. Everything is perfect.

Only one thing...in the bathroom with toilet wasnt aspirator.

Very nice and clean accomodation. Everyday cleaning service, everyday new sheets on beds and new towels. Rich breakfast, small but nice hotel with good stuff.
