Nothing really. I honestly cannot fault any aspect of the hotel although I have never had breakfast as I work till about midnight so I sacrifice breakfast for more time in bed but there is an excellent coffee machine in the room so all good.

This is the third time that I have stayed in this hotel and I always find it such a good place to stay. The staff could not be friendlier and as I have found a room that I love they have made a note on my name and I always get the same room which has a great jacuzzi bath. Great after a long days work!

When we arrived the room was so hot you could hardly breath but we turned off the heat and put on the air con and soon it was comfortable.

The room was as advertised seperate bedroom and sitting room. The bed was super comfortable and the sitting room was great too.

Wi-Fi internet is not so good, and it should be AP in every room, but it can finish needs. Wi-Fi should be better set up and have some improved level of protection. For the average user, it is not so big issue.

The room is very clean, big, and comfortable. Breakfast is a standard buffet but it can be more diverse. The location is very good at walking distance from the railway station and near to the center or old town.

Good location, easy to park in the vicinity but need to remove the car before 9am or pay parking. Nice environment close to the centre with a lot of restaurants around.

We had a three or four day stretch of rain, often hard, always unpredictable. Can't blame the hotel for that; it's just Dutch weather.

During planning, it was hard to determine the quality of this selection. The hotel is immaculate, well-staffed, well-located and provides a full selection breakfast. Even little things like loaner umbrellas were provided.

Breakfast wasn't kept an eye on so lots of items had run out, i asked for bacon and was told I will ask the chef came back No , no more but I said there is an hour to go. So I asked reception and was then told about 10 mins after 15 was told another 10, 30 min later very crispy bacon appeared. Breakfast staff wasn't great but other than that lovely hotel,we will return but maybe not have breakfast.

Reception staff were great, I was given a disabled room which had everything i needed,and was very clean. Great location to the town as visiting relatives.

Room dated and worn. Bedside table lights not working; bedside table hanging off the wall showing cables; drawer with broken handle. According to the description of facilities, the room should be equipped with a minibar but this was just a fridge. I had a late arrival and the hotel had absolutely nothing to offer in terms of refreshments; not even a vending machine. Staff apologetic and suggested I could either go into town to try and find a ‘snackbar’ that was still open, or use one of the glasses in the room to drink (actually good quality) tap water.

Rooms and hotel in general felt a little tired. Although comfortable enough, the room we stayed in looked in need of a spruce up as did other areas of the hotel. However if using this hotel as a "base" and not spending the majority of our time in the hotel itself during our stay this was not a major impact for us.

Great location just on the edge of the city centre. Friendly and welcoming staff who are all happy to share local knowledge with the best things to see and do within the city.

The bed mattresses were too soft (i believe not of high quality as you could hear the coils when moving) and the pillow not very comfy. it is a matter of personal taste of course, but I did not have a good sleep due to these two things.
