Entrance and exit for the parking lot is quite narrow. If you come with something bigger than a medium sized hatchback you will struggle a bit to maneuver and you have to be very careful not to scratch your car there. Only 2 elevators seem to be insufficient for such a big hotel. Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get up and/or down.

Staff very friendly helpful and competent. Big space and well equipped.

The only minor thing is our shower was not draining properly but we told the front desk and they were going to fix it. We were only there for one night so it wasn't a big deal to us to wait to tell them.

We had a really nice stay in Rotterdam here, the room was super comfy and very large compared to other hotels on our trip. It had a nice seating area in the room and the mattress on the bed was extra comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from the room since we happened to be on the 12th floor. The lobby is also beautiful, and had really nice areas to hang out in. The location is super convenient to the metro to get into the city quickly and we also enjoyed running into the city from this hotel. It's not very central but the access to the metro makes up for that and we didn't mind.

Liked downstairs --- albeit that one staff member seemed to lack the social grace not to condescend me when I asked how it all worked & whether there was service at table etc. That was a shame.

Basics excellent (shower, bed, ventilation) Looks cool, all done pretty professionally. Nice features like a fridge, furniture is of good quality, it is a great, open social atmosphere downstairs in the restaurant/bar/lounge, super enjoyable. This is one of those places you do not simply stay, rather you must spend some real TIME there & hang out... not to mention invite your new friends you meet on your trip to!! Plenty of space to socialise & kick back :]

Room small, I taught they were bigger. Very very small shampoo/shower gel given, not enough and very very small soap. Not refurbished from the outside. Empty fridge, not even water given.

Location is good next to metro. Hotel looks nice inside and the restaurant looks really lovely. Comfortable bed and nice room design. Big window.

Reception was not welcome. Very stressed. Carpark only accessible after check-in. Very hot in the room,we had to sleep with airco on altough it was only 18degrees outside

We were there by car and we wanted to pay for a place in the parking overnight. This had to be reserved beforehand apparently and the staff was not very polite about it when I said I didn't know this beforehand and that please could they let us park because we have no issue in paying for the parking space. We had to park on the street (and it's not a very savoury neighbourhood) which is also paid by the way. Also we had asked for one double bed but got three (?) single beds in our room.

good bed, nice space in our room, curtains blocked the sun out well in the morning. Rooms are pretty quiet with regards to what's going on in the hallway and other rooms.

The hotel could score even higher in terms of sustainability. Towels and soap bottles are changed top quickly. In our opinion, the very extensive breakfast could be a bit less. This way, more attention can be paid to less waste and better quality of bread, pastries and fruit juice. Now these were industrial products instead of fresh food. It's a pity that better sound insulation of hotel room doors was not considered during the renovation. The doors do not completely fill the door frames, so sounds and noise from less quiet guests in the hallway can be clearly heard in the room.

Beautifully maintained, stylish and comfortable room & bathroom which were recently renovated. The small refrigerator offers the option of keeping drinks cool. We were kindly hosted by helpful staff at the reception desk. When we had more questions, e.g. regarding public transport, on other days we always got a thorough explanation. In addition, a large lobby, fast & large elevators and a luggage room provide extra comfort. A nice place to stay for a multi-day city trip in Rotterdam, next to the Maashaven metro and tram station.
