Right by the beach front. Good buffet breakfast served in area with views of the sea front. We were in the annexe where we had our own lounge and bar area with open view of the sea front. Small bedroom - comfy beds, compact shower - which had no view, only a wall , but meant it was quiet and dark at night. Good undercover, locked bicycle storage. Very helpful staff, reasonable WiFi

The Check in Process was really bad. We reached at around 17:45 and we were told over phone that we needed to check in at Zuiderduin hotel. The weather was very bad. And we had taken train/bus to reach there. We had to check in at Zuiderduin and then walk in the rain and the heavy winds with our two suitcases and one bag to Hotel Boei. If this was something we knew ahead of time, before we booked our room, it would have helped in making a choice knowing we were using public transport. - breakfast was pretty minimal - the double bed was actually two separate beds and kept moving away from each other and the remote once fell from the gap and we had to go under bed and try to find it.

Breakfast room a bit on the dark side. Had to go to another hotel for check in but staff very friendly. Beware of the stairs!

The bedding was a little too soft and the decor a bit dated.

Excellent location to the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy checking in and out process. Plenty of paid parking available and the hot water was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Excellent WiFi connection and walking distance to all interesting sites.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator, which is great, but to get to the room and some other rooms on that hallway there are some stairs, about 5-6 steps. It was fine for us, but if you have difficulty moving, it's good to ask for a room on the other hallway, without stairs. Continental breakfast, simple, few options.

Second building from the beach, our room had a beach view. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

The toilets and showers were not properly cleaned at arrival and we arrived in the later evening hours. My mother bought disinfection cleaner to at least give the shower and toilets a wipe off. The heating did not properly work in one of the rooms we booked, so it got really cold at night. The restaurant food was OK. if you’re looking for a romantic tasty dinner evening then you should probably look around in the closer area. Last point is that the hotel mentions they are dog friendly, but when we walked into the entrance area where everyone has to clean their shoes off sand before, we got ranted at by other guests for the dog bringing in sand. Well, how am I supposed to tell my dog to use the shoe cleaner? (It was really not as bad)

The staff is super friendly and helpful all times. They really do their best at the hotel itself but also in the restaurant! The hotel is very close to the beach and the rooms with kitchen have everything needed.

All was great. A friend joined me which was not planned when I booked and she was accommodated without problems and with very short notice. Staff at the reception was really helpful and nice. And the breakfast was superb

Too noisy, thin walls and (wooden) floors. Way too warm.

Location: very close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Apartment was really clean :)

Kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned (probably from the previous guest), which unfortunately has to be assessed critically in times of pandemics. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly either. A big minus point: many guests did not wear masks in the lobby or hallways. This happened multiple times- it was not addressed by the staff either during our stay. It was very noisy during our stay due to a supply truck, which was parked outside. We had to close our windows during our stay due to the constant noise.

very good location, very close to the beach, dunes and city center. Our apartment room had a small kitchen and kitchen utensils which allowed us to cook meals during our stay. Good price-performance ratio. If you want to stay close to the beach for a very reasonable price and room with a small kitchen, this might be a good choice.

Booking provides 2 options of the payment - in the profile or in the hotel. On arrival to the hotel the lady on the reception told that I did not pay and it is late to pay know. Really? All other hotels are ok to accept payments during check-in or even check-out. I paid in my Booking profile and for the reception-lady it looked like a big issue to update the hotel booking profile to see my payment. So, she was quite arrogant, maybe also because I speak English, instead of Dutch or German, like the majority of their guests. Also, in the shower there was just a hand soap instead of shampoo or shower gel. The bed linen from Action had holes - even for 3-star hotel it is a shame!

Good location next to the beach and city center with shops and restaurants. Room with the sea view. Nice breakfast.
