It was very noisy at night, the windows did not keep out much of the sound.

The bed was very comfortable and the ability to change pillows was greatly appreciated owing to an allergy. The wine + cheese hour was nice, and the whole hotel was very clean. Really appreciated the balloons and chocolates for the birthday celebration.

Room could have been bit cleaner. We arrived late, so I cancelled the daily clean-up for the first day only, but never got it for the rest of the stay either, even if asked for it. However, the staff was so nice & helpful that I'm positive it was just miscommunication :)

Excellent location! Bus line 397 from Schiphol stops almost in front of the hotel and frequent tram lines to center are within few hunder meters, as well as the museum district. Lovely personnel and nice common living room to hang out in. Room was spacious and beds comfortable.

The location was perfect as our main travel goal was to attend the concert in nearby Concertgebouw. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and unusual for a hotel - completely vegetarian (not counting eggs).

The shower had no door, which seems a bold choice for a 3 person room... it involved a lot of us saying 'don't look'. Also no fridge.

We loved the vibe and the style of the hotel - plus staff were extremely friendly. The location was easy to get to and from the airport, as well as extremely easy to get around Amsterdam - so close to the big museums!

The self check in was easy. The room was large and modern, with a nice terrace that I unfortunately couldn't use because of the weather. The welcome kits in the rooms were a great detail, and the pillows were to die for. Loved that there was tea and not just coffee (along with the kettle, of course).

There was no air conditioning system so I had to ask for a fan to let cool air circulate in the room. While it was winter, I get hot easy so I need to be able to control room temperature on my own.

Rooms were big, well appointed. The bed & pillows were comfortable.

The staff at this location were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is very close to the museums, and the breakfast was outstanding. On our first night, we had a hard time sleeping and decided to go downstairs. The night host (Volkan) made some very nice tea, which then helped us to sleep. On another evening, the host (Marjolyn) was very kind and took the time to talk with us after some stressful events during the day. I can't say enough positive things about the entire team at this hotel including Rehka and Jehana (who hosted breakfast in the mornings).

The hotel is very close to museum area and walking distance from the tram. The bed was very comfortable and big. The room was perfectly clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and there were different options.
