How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Taxis drop and pick up are 100 ft from entrance, it was raining when I arrived and left, so there was no option but to get wet. The gate for cars should be operating so cars can get right to the door.
Bfast is good, the best location possible, walking distance to old town and also to night life places. Room very clean and common areas are comfortable.

The noise coming from the main street

While the hotel itself is quite standard, in the good sense of the word, what is worth emphasizing is the friendly and courteous staff. This applies to both the people at the reception and breakfast staff, but also to the cleaning staff, who were exceptionally nice. Breakfasts had a large selection of options for people who like cereals, yogurts and various additions to them. There was less choice for those who prefer meats or cheeses. Great location.

Nice hotel in the center of Warsaw, close to a lot of famous places to see and many bars-restaurants to visit. Clean and modern. Would definately recommend it. Only thing is lack of fridge in the room, which apparently seems to be the case in many European cities.

Nothing. I liked everything in fact
Location was wonderful, near big commerce centre and restaurants and in the modern part of the city, but with access to metro station within the area. The breakfast was perfect and the room was cosy and perfect clean. The facilities were nice and helpful.

everything was good. though the price is a bit high but its okay
breakfast was simply great. location is also very good as this is close to the metro and the train station..very central. I have been using this hotel for the last 25 years and some times I use the next door hotel as well but always with the same group of hotels. its my second home

A lot of noise from outside. Now is renovating something from 8 am. But hotel provide earplugs.
It is the city center, room was clean. Stuff is very nice and helpfully.

Week sound insulation of rooms.
The hotel is near shopping centers, the city center can be reaxhed on foot in 15-20 minutes. Public transport nearby. Great breakfast.

To point out something, we would appreciate having a minifridge in the bar.
The hotel was perfectly located, just in front of the emblematic Palace of Culture and Science, and also very close to the main train station of Warsaw and to the bus stop from the airport. The rooms were very modern and comfortable and the staff was quite friendly with us. It was a good value for money.

There was an advertising poster that completely blocked the rooms with balconies and this was not nice at all. There should be information about this.

The area can be noisy because of traffic. It was not a problem for sleeping anyway.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location. You've got bars, restaurants and supermarkets right at the door. The room had everything you need and it was very clean. I liked the fast you get free water from dispensers.

The bar shuts very early (9.30-10pm ish) which means leaving the hotel later if you fancy a drink even if you’ve eaten in the hotel
