Hotel is run down and needs investment. we went at end of season and they were clearing out the bar so choice of drinks could be limited.

I think when this hotel was first build it would have been a very fine building. I spent an extra €20 for a room with a sea view and it was totally worth it. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony watching the sunset. The hotel has good bones but is quite run down. Hotel staff I found to be helpful and pleasant.

Had to ask for fresh towels. The lift was very dodgy, only one room key provided. 90% of the chairs by the pool were broken. The pool and surrounding areas were filthy.

They allowed us to change room when the first bedroom didn’t suit because of a steep staircase. The room was cleaned daily.

No facilities at all,we had to change our room because in the first one when we entered the sealing was broken,stains on the wall,we booked for three and there were only 2 blankets ... Airconditions was not working and that room was damn warm because of sun facing all the time,Not even a single soap in the toilet,Anyways i will give 2 out of 10 just because i like the location,NEVER RECOMENDED,THEY NEED A RENOVATION & the reception was like 200 meters away from our Hotel...

The kitchen was dated and didn't have enough pots and pans. Not everything in the kitchen worked. There were no towels to take to the pool side (you needed to take your own beach towel). I was woken up one morning by water leaking in through the bedroom ceiling, and we had to move apartments. The pillows were exceptionally lumpy, even the replacement ones I asked for! One of the toilets was not attached to the floor!

The pools were good. There were outside and inside pools. There were mainly Portuguese holiday makers there. Some British as well. There were people around but not too busy. Quite often my family had the outside pool to ourselves. There was a football pitch and tennis court available to use. The location was great, 5 mins walk to the beach. In fact there were 3 different beaches all with in walking distace. The hotel staff and cleaners were very nice and always wanted to help. The cleaners came around every day. It was easy to get extra towels if needed. It was very cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and enough space for 8 people to sleep.

Hotel seems neglected needs a lot of repairs. Rooms not the cleaniest when we arrived hairs on floor and feg butts all out on balcony.. The cleaner did come back and clean the room it after I notified the front desk. The fridge didn't work, cracked tv, had to have cold showers because water only got hot at random times. Phone didn't work. Most sun lodgers we cracked. Fire alarm set of 2 nights after midnight of our 4 night stay

Staff were lovely. Room was great size, plenty of room. Great location. Close to strip and the beach.

First room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests & lady on reception wasn’t apologetic at all & acted like she was doing us a favour by getting us another room. Kitchenette facilities very sparse. Air conditioning was almost pointless, room only cooled from having balcony door open. Front door lock a bit temperamental, could see it had been forced open at one point.

Great location. Friendly pool staff. Swimming pools are nice.

Bathrooms, especially bathtubs. Needs yo change

The hotel facilities were not as they mentioned. No toiletries provided. Towels were never changed. For the whole trip, it was lucky we carried our own. The hotel was clean. And at good location, staff were good

Our shower did not work and there was strange smell coming from the sink in the kitchen.

It is very close to the center and beaches, rooms are very wide, there is free parking space.

AC was not working and a staff member called juiletta who was an old lady was rude/racist when she greeted us.

Everything was really good, a lovely member of staffed helped us a lot I can't remember her name but she was tall and had braids and helped with any problems/recommendations. Location - Amazing Room - Spacious

the air con was way too high & impossible to switch off we woke up every morning freezing , we only got fresh towels once during our stay & the beds were extremely uncomfortable

My room had a broken air-con, the bed room was very hot. I was placed on the bottom floor therefore I was worried to open the windows as someone might come in. The lift was not working every time you press the button it was not going up. The kitchen was very small and tight so when you cook you get very hot. The aircon was not that powerful to cool down the room quickly. The swimming pool had a shop and it was very expensive. The remote control of the TV was not working so we were using the TVs buttons. The property did not meet my expectations as on the booking.com pictures it was showing very clean and posh.
