the hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport. Friendly staff. Large and quiet room, fairly good cleanliness. Abundant breakfast. There are two restaurants. a good accommodation.

The staff were kind of rude. I had 2 different sets of staff and all of them were not that welcoming as the hotel would imply.

It had a great location for my purpose. And the transfer to the airport was right on time and well organised.

A bit difficult to understand each other with the people at the reception about the parking payment. The wifi was bad. Breakfast is a bit pricy if you want to have one (15e), we decided not to have one, so I cannot tell about the quality.

Friendly people at the reception. Free shuttle from the airport at night (on fixed hours though, one every hour). Room was good. Nice soaps/shampoos, bathrobes available.

Hotel seems a little outdated, shower door did not close properly. There is no possibility to have a tea in the room. We arrived late in the evening, would have liked to have some hot water to make a tea.

I was surprised that there was no drinking water available, unless you bought it as extra. It's nice to have a mini bar but it was quite expensive, so we didn't use this. Thankfully there is a petrol station a short walk away to buy water or other drinks from. A hydration station to get a glass of water in the lobby, at least, seems a basic in this day and age, particularly in a hotel that boasts a wellness centre!

The hotel is well presented with a comfortable and stylish lobby. The staff were professional and helpful, all very well dressed in their uniforms and plenty of them. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not as big as it looks in the photo for a superior king but the shower was good and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of good food. The complimentary shuttle bus goes to and from the airport on the hour. We landed at 3:30 in the morning and were able to get a drink and pastries in the lobby bar which was very welcome on arrival. We stayed three nights, to have a day in Bucharest and a day at Therme. So it was a convenient location. Taxis vary in what they charge you, it cost 40 Lei (£8) to get to Therme but 150 (£30) to get back to the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but worth sharing so travellers are aware! We usually stay at the hotel opposite when visiting, which is a lot cheaper but we wanted to try RIN this time to see how it compares. All in all you pay more for added luxury and ambience at the RIN. We had intended to use the pool but didn't in the end. We would stay again.

I like everything! Will be good if the toilet brush wouldn’t be broken and the shower drain will work. The drain was blocked and the water was starting in the shower.

Showers were old, could be updated. Sinks in rooms need to be updated. Did not flow and is broken. But that’s it. I’d still recommend.

Everything was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous! Bed were comfortable. Pool and sauna were nice. Highly recommend. Shuttle to airport is available.
