It was dark and not very clean. The decor was outdated and it didn’t smell very fresh. Not very kid friendly with very small rooms and one tiny elevator to get up in a stroller to the floors

Room was rather small. There were 2 of us prior to a week long cruise and there was barely enough space to move around the room with all of our luggage. The night staff (stayed 2/9/2024) was very rude. He didn’t want to help us at all and seemed irritated that we were there. We asked him if he could print our cruise documents and he got an instant attitude. There’s was no help with luggage at night nor in the morning when we left.

Great price! It was in a very ideal location of South Beach. Easy to walk to many restaurants and nightclubs. Close to the actual beach.

The shower took like 5 minutes to heat up and I also didn’t like the 100 dollar fee when I arrived! While I understand it’s for a safety deposit I don’t see why it’s not included in the original price. Also it takes 2-3 business days to refund into my account which just isn’t really convenient

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere because it’s so close to everything! I do think it’s more luxurious in the pictures but overall it was a good hotel and I would stay here again because as I said you can’t beat the price for the location honestly!

we could never get extra towels or wash cloths. asked numerous times. plus hour room key stopped working every single day. so we had to constantly keep going back to the front office to gain access after we would come back from going out

I had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned and for towels and toilet paper. The cleaning ladies only made the bed and didn’t clean the rest of the room until we had to beg them.

my wife was upset that few of her personal belongings was missing like new pack of eye lashes, makeup concealer etc. we was so glad that we locked our shoppings in the suitcase. it is little things but I really didn’t expect this as we have stayed in so many different hotels never have happen! we didn’t complain to the management as i didn’t want to make a big deal out of this. I advise you to lock your things up not leaving things laying around to be taken from you.
