Did not get the room reserved and paid for. Reserved and paid for a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed for 3 adults and two children. Room had no sofa bed. Finally brought up two twin roll away beds that took up most of the room. They said they didn’t have what I had reserved and were booked solid.

Very expensive for any service at this hotel. Breakfast for a couple was $60! And the breakfast was nothing special., eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, juice and coffee.

Location within walking distance to Disney Springs shopping and dining area. They did let us check out late when our flight was delayed but at a fee of $25/hr plus tax but at least it was an option unlike other places I've stayed!

Booking.com messed up my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number, the hotel couldn't help me, I had to search and find a phone number for booking.com and wait about 40 mins to get it resolved. Once it was resolved, they no longer had the type of room that I had reserved. Hotel was patient, but was extremely frustrating. I had paid booking.com for the room, so hotel couldn't help.

Honestly for HILTON the rooms were subpar at best. Expected them to match the vibe as the rest of the hotel but I’m assuming they haven’t been renovated yet? The door was super sketchy and outdated wood door from the 80s, I feel like a good push would’ve opened it up. Bathroom light was awful. No extra blankets or pillows in the room which was surprising for Hilton.

The exterior of the hotel looks old. It used to be vibrant and tons of flowers. Looks like it needs a paint job!

I'm a disabled veteran and got put in room 218 that didn't accommodate my disability needs. On top of being so far for me to travel too. I was Truly Disappointed that the carpet was old, need cleaning. No microwave in room. Shower grout dirty and old.THE AC unit ran all night couldn't sleep. I have been around the world and stayed at many Hilton, and sister locations. The room didn't measure up to the Hilton Name. I hope and pray that changes come about to make Guest hurry to want too come back. 4 out 5 Star

Building, very clean and well maintained. Customer Service, Valet/Bell Services, is very Regal. Hilton Orlando, Lake Buena Vista Location to Disneyland is perfect. Restaurants on-site great.

Our flight back to the UK was cancelled, and we couldn't extend our villa by one extra night, so we booked the Hilton as it was in a great location with good reviews. We booked two rooms for one night; they got us into our rooms super early with no issues (about 1 p.m.). Free vouchers for hot drinks or bottled water, free movie vouchers and our buffet breakfast voucher. The hotel has a little store and Starbucks inside, a pool that is open until 11 p.m., Aircon in rooms, and somewhere to get ice for your ice bucks in the room. A short walk over the bridge to Disney Springs and a quick drive to Magic Kingdom. The bathrooms have proper size body wash/Shampoo and conditioner that they refill, which is ideal if, like us, you have packed everything up to fly home. Buffet breakfast is delicious you can get Mickey Mouse waffles there, which are so yummy!! Check-out is 11 am so a nice lie-in if you don't need to rush off. There is also parking - but you do need to pay for this; you use your room key to get out of the car park as many times as you like; when you check out you take a room key to use to get out of the car park, then post it in the box at the barrier, they then charge on your card for parking.
