It's a little tired and the staff mentioned it was due for a refurb. Having said that, it's not bad. The floors are a little worn and could do with replacing.

Good location. Friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is a a very good size, especially for a city location. Lots going for it.

The decor is a little tired in places and my room was supposed to have a bathtub but it was fine as I ended up with no time for a bath anyway.

Extremely convenient for Liverpool Street Station, the room was very quiet considering where the building is. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed, far better than a hotel room for the same money. My 3 adult children were in a separate 2 bed apartment and that had great views of the Main Street and was spacious.

Old equipment.. To cook, there was only a small pan. The oven was not working properly, and this was a relevant feature for us. In the bathroom, the floor, despite being clean, was a bit stained.

Spacious. Located near the Liverpool station, with nice airport connections. Our apartment was more to the back, and had decent sound insulation, contrary to some other comments, possibly from clients in rooms facing the main street.

The toilet kept us up all the night. There was a horrendous sound coming from the back when you flashed the loo. It sounded like someone dragging furniture around the room. The reception didn’t know what it was so we were up most of the night

The mattress ! It was too soft and sinks in the centre. It was not supporting our back and our backs were beginning to ache after 3 days.

It was a bit cold and the place could use some renovation (little bit of mold and water damage in bathroom) but honestly nothing alarming. Hotels in London are pretty expensive and the quality doesn't often match the price but the issue is with the whole city, not just this place.

The location was really convenient and the reason for why we booked this apartment hotel! The staff was friendly and everything was quick and easy. Bed was really comfy. Free luggage storage after check out. The one bedroom apartment was surprisingly big and though the windows were facing stairs outside gladly there were no people using the stairs so the place still felt private.

No bath, unfortunately, and the shower was slightly uncomfortable to access. Tiles in the bathroom were stained. I found the bed uncomfortable, but my partner said it was ok. A 5% service charge was required on our departure. Why not add it to our bill to begin with?

The location was great. The room itself was fairly well maintained, all clean and to a high degree. Complimentary tea and coffee. Good range of amenities in the room.

The washing machine was old and did not dry out the clothes completely. The shower area plumbing was bad. The water did not drain out.

The kitchen is not outfitted to make cooking your own meals very practical. Basics like a kitchen knife should be supplied.

The location is great and having an apartment instead of of hotel room is great. Despite being on a very busy street the unit was very quiet.

The kettle still had descaler in it, so the tea tasted of chemicals. The window didn't close fully in the bedroom. The TV in the living room had barely any reception.

The location was perfect, and we were given a front room as requested.
