Back kitchen entrance and view from dining table.

Lovely little garden and views. Quiet situation. Easy to get to the coast.

Lovely cottage in a small hamlet in Eryri/Snowdonia.

Nothing major not to like, but the single beds had a footboard, which meant to couldn't stretch out in my sleep (I'm 6' tall, which isn't unusual!) Most annoying was nothing about the property itself, but Sykes Cottages who manage it, and decided it was necessary to send me 15 emails throughout the single week between booking and staying. Not a problem for us, but to note the cottage is on a hillside. Entry at the back via a hill and stairs or at the front via steep/uneven steps and a narrow, sloping path.

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable, well-appointed, perhaps surprisingly large inside, wi-fi worked well, keys collected from a lock box. Plenty of free parking nearby (noting not immediately outside).

Pleasant family holiday in beautiful Meirionydd.

Access to the property wasn't easy, especially at night. For some reason there was no mop for small kiddie spillages or to wipe away muddy footprints.

Well located for tourism, close to various amenities in a quiet village.

The single beds in 2 of the rooms were child sized and very hard - not really suitable for adults. This should be made clear on the booking information.

Location Size Well equipped Lovely front garden Kitchen was cosy

Beautiful cottage, lovely location, and a happy family :)

The access path and steps were steep and slippery when wet. Lack of parking adjacent to the property. This made it difficult ferrying the children back and forth to the house.

Lovely and cosy, yet spacious, cottage. Fully equipped with everything needed for a family of five. Comfortable beds.

    Delightful Property in wonderful location!

The only difficult bits were: The front door was tricky to lock and unlock. We had to take the bins down a steep hill for collection on bin day. An elderly person would have struggled with that.

The owners had thought of everything and even left a beautifully-presented folder of advice for the property and hints for what to do/where to go. The cottage was beautiful and even had a stair gate in the cupboard, which was handy as my daughter has a tendency to sleep walk.
