The property was exceptionally clean and probably one of the cleanest I've stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Richard was quick and always helpful. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, with fantastic views of Fistral Beach. The terrace leads directly to the pool, which we and the children loved. Nothing was missing in the apartment, the washing machine was great for us as a family.

The uneven shortcut path down to the beach was not really a path and quite unsafe. The alternative route was quiet a steep hill.

Quiet and well kept grounds. The pool was literally a two minute walk, and was visible from the property. Beautifully clean and cared for. The house was just as it said: very clean and well equipped, comfortable beds with good quality linen and some beautiful views of the sea. Our hosts left the essentials needed on arrival with the bonus of scones, jam and clotted cream.

Couldn’t get the oven to work. We enjoyed our walks into town but it’s a bit of a slog back up the hill!!

The house was beautifully clean and very well appointed, the beds were super comfy, the swimming pool was very clean and quiet. The views across Fistral Beach were really gorgeous and having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful.

There is nothing we did not like about 34 Surfview

34 Surfview is an exceptionally well appointed holiday let a short walk from Fistral Beach. There is everything you would need for a short or extended break. The pool is a bonus and was not too busy during our stay. It is a 30 minute walk from Newquay which ensures you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There are beautiful views from the Pentire headland overlooking Fistral and the nearby Crantock beaches We are now looking at dates for 2025

We stayed for a few days for my husband’s 60th birthday. The location was absolutely stunning, as were the views. It was a short walk down to the beach and to the cliff top walks. The house was spotless and welcoming and you had lovely views from the front and the back of the property.Richard our host was great and communicated with us before and during our stay. We would love to return and stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful break

The bathroom is in between the rooms. Every time when somebody is using the tap or the shower, it wakes you up.

The property is spotless. The swimming pool is closer than we thought. The view is outstanding. The property got all you need except toiletry. The Fistral Beach is a stone's throw away.

Location was great for the beaches and walks. Newquay centre and supermarkets a short drive.(we walked to visit town centre) , Very clean and everything there for a home. Communication from owner excellent.
