Didn't know that the switch for the heating was off- the shower was a little cold but a lovely hot one in the morning!

Every room was perfect for its function. It is lovely and clean. Great location for our itinerary.

Great location 10 minute walk to town centre and the Turfmoor football ground. Very quiet residential area so everybody slept well each night. Beds were warm and comfortable. Sky TV available and the wifi was quick and reliable. Muhammad was very quick to respond to any message I sent and even called me on my first day to check if we needed anything and to not hesitate to call if we did need something.

The duvets had some kind of plastic covering which made them noisy and made you overheat.

Lovely spacious accommodation. All rooms well equipped and well decorated. Host even collected out tesco order which had came earlier than we expected as we hadn’t yet arrived at the house.

The beds were okay . The double bed would be better as a king size . There were no fans to keep us cool at night . The house was very hot. The beds had duvets on in the summer .

Love everything about the place. Every room was spotless and clean and have everything that we need. It felt like being at home. The host was amazing as well and always reply right away when you need something. Would definitely recommend it to anybody to stay there.

There was nothing to dislike

The property was clean, in a great location, it had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable and the extras such as drinks in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice added bonus. A home away from home, great towels too.

The area felt a bit unsafe on a night with kids on motorcycles and car driving as fast as they could.

It would have been helpful to have some tea towels to dry plates and cutlery. The kitchen window handle/lock was damaged and once you opened it you couldn’t easily shut it. A manual for the heating, oven etc would be helpful as it was quite warm in the night and we didn’t know how to turn heating off. The hot water in the bathroom went off whilst I was in the shower but I was the 4th person to use it. Despite the above comments (only to help, not complaining at all) we would definitely stay again and extremely enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a great location and very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and great to have a downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs. All the facilities were great and decor was nice!

It would have been useful to have a folder containing useful information about how everything worked, although Muhammad was very quick to respond to our enquiries. We had difficulty getting in to the property due to an unfamiliar digital keypad system and annoying alarm. Instructions prior to arrival would have avoided this. All was well once Muhammad provided a key fob. To be fair, we were some of the first people to stay at the property so there were bound to be a few teething problems. We found the plug-in artificial 'air fresheners' sickly and totally unnecessary. Would prefer natural essential oils.

We liked the fresh contemporary decor and large kitchen table which was useful for working on. Great being able to park outside. Convenient location with the option of walking into town along the canal towpath.

Hard to find anything I didnt like. The mattress was very firm which wasn't to my own personal taste but I don't feel that's a justified reason to say I didnt like the property.

Everything! Lovely clean fresh home, nicely decorated to modern standards. Nice soft carpets upstairs. Lovely crisp white linen and matching throws cushions and decor, simple but really impressive. My children 10, 11 & 12 all said it was really nice and the girls couldn't decide which bedroom to choose. I'm sure I heard the words it's better than home once!

Everything was great, so we had no complaints. If I were going up improve anything, I would add a dishwasher but we managed without it.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with excellent communication leading up to the stay and throughout. The house is beatifully presented and well furnished. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect fit Turfmoor football ground and the cricket club, as well as other amenities which we sadly didn't have time to explore. Access to the house was easy via the coded security lock which had a unique code for our stay, so was very secure so there is no messing about with keys and key safes. Good, safe parking on front drive.
