When you initially arrive in the parking area of your accommodation area. We thought we had arrived at the wrong destination.. Have no fear you are in the right area. This accommodation is a hidden gem amongst a quiet residential area. We were given a friendly welcome by a gentleman called Jas. Jas was very accommodating and welcoming to his home. In a home with shared areas, it was a spacious, comfortable frontroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and a seated garden area. Our double bed bedroom was cosy and clean. Towels were provided. This was a very clean, comfortable place to stay within 30 minutes from Silverstone. Our host Jas was a chatty fun person to be around. We would definitely stay here again.

Sheers at the windows so I was awake with the sun VERY early!! As many modern homes the stud walls means you can hear each other snore but that is no different to a hotel so I find this accomodation as good as any in budget range.

Second visit so that tells you something. Clean functional and good facilities.

The bed has foot as well as headboards which is not so great for tall people like my brother. The mattresses were tired and sunken between the middle strut and edge of bed frame, again not such an issue for me but was for my tall brother who needed to sleep diagonally due to the footboard

It's an odd one. It's in the middle of a council estate in Northampton, it doesn't look a hotel, it's certainly not an Inn. It's just a house.. Decor was very basic. It was OK for one work night but I wouldn't stay again, it's certainly not an 8. It's almost more like a hostel or a work hotel

I didn't expect to have to clean down the shower after using it, I did not appreciate the Yell to "flush the Toilet" the moment i stepped out of the bathroom especially as i knew my Mrs was going to use it straight after me, was an uncomfortable start to the day!

location is convenient close enough to local shops and take away. Host is mostly nice and friendly.

I think this home is very well suited to individual travelers and friends travelling rather than families. Each room is really well provisioned for an individual or couple. We didn't bring towels with us so had to go buy some (I may have missed that we needed to bring them).

Jas was a really welcoming host, his home is beautiful and it was all really clean and well managed. The location was brilliant for us and there were so many amenities nearby and parking was really easy.

No TV in the rooms and cudnt get the Lounge TV to work .... ( me not knowing how to.work analouge TV) ... No towels provided which isn't mentioned wen booking ( luckily we had a towel packed ) ...other than that stay was excellent

Very clean, landlord is friendly and chatty. Smoking area out back is uncluttered. Full use of all utilities, including free tea and coffee to taste. I needed to extend my stay and the landlord was very generous in arranging to extend my stay last minute.
