The only downside was the kids in the park until the early hours of the morning

Loved the breakfast and the other meals were delicious and good value for money The staff were all lovely and really helpful Activities provided were well worth the money and really enjoyable Never thought I would say this but the bingo was fantastic fun Would recommend this site

The bed was really hard and you could feel every bit of movement from the other side, if someone moved, you did too 😂

The caravan was clean and a couple of minutes walk from the beach.

The grubby sofa, mat ! Light fitting needed a shade.

It was ok , clean but grubby pans and it would have been so much better if the sofa was clean and a bit newer , felt grubby! In the living room, shame as very clean bedrooms, just rather dated.

I forgot that caravan single beds are tiny. A grown man could not sleep on one of the single beds as it was so narrow. I suggest pushing two singles together. Bring your own duvets and put caravan one on the mattress for extra padding. No WiFi was a pain.

The metal bed springs poking through my son's mattress cutting his finger The oven not working The uncleanliness What looked like blood on the sheets. The missing advertised outdoor furniture Mould in the shower Broken bathroom taps Broken light fitting Being told by the managing agent that I should have reported the issues when I was there (issues I wasn't able to workaround happened at night when the was no one around to fix them) (The list could go on)

The only problem we had were the taps in the shower room were very hard to turn off!

The caravan was very clean, lovely having a veranda to sit out on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was good. The site was near to the beach.

It had an unpleasant smell when I arrived. The fridge was turned off which smelled inside until I switched it on for a while. The sofa arms were black with dirt, I ended up covering the whole sofa with my covers. The hot water tap in the bathroom was faulty and moved when trying to turn the water off. The external door made a loud squeaking sound when opening and shutting the door and 2 of the bedroom doors didn’t shut properly. Luckily only myself ended up staying in the caravan. I don’t think it should have a diamond rating.

The caravan had a few problems .the fridge was frosted up and couldn't use the freezer top the fridge .The bathroom hot tap moved when u used it in the end we didn't use it .No light in the toilet at first but man fixed it the day we was leaving .Decking area needs a good scrub and new chairs very rocky. Would not book this caravan again would go through the park .

Being accused of stains that were there when we arrived! Stain in quilt that we didn't use Sofa arms need cleaning, big stain on outside furniture cushion.

The oven did not work . The taps were difficult to turn off . The power tripped out and power supply was difficult to reach to reset . The water supply pipe burst late at night .The sofa arms were dirty . The side door was hard to open and close . There was no hard standing .
