ItalyThe hotel is rather small, as well as the room itself. The room was rather clean . The bed was small but manageable. The shower was very clean and room was cleaned daily , with new towels provided. The location is great- 2 min away from Paddington underground station with good connection to all the main attractions. All in all it was a pleasant experience

This hotel is ok for a one night stay. The room was small and very basic. It definitely wasn't worth £130 a night! The thing I found the most outrageous was making me pay £60 deposit for the room on arrival! The handle was broken on the window, so you couldn't shut it and there was a stain on the carpet! I told them this so as not to get my deposit taken off me. You'd expect to pay a deposit staying in The Ritz perhaps, but not a place like this, a total joke!!!

New ZealandSome people may not like the small room, but it is fine if you are using it as a base for getting around. I'd challenge people to get a bigger room at the same price anywhere this central in London!
Location is exceptional, straight across the road from Paddington Station. I booked a single room, and for London, this was great - yes the room was small, but it had a window, tv, good shower, and was exceptionally clean, at a reasonable price for the area.
