It needed a good clean. It was very dusty with dead flies on the window fill. We upgraded to a balcony but this was dirty and needed some TLC. So very disappointed. The communication from the team prior to our booking was poor and conflicting information including the wrong postcode leading us to the wrong entrance. Staff we spoke to knew about this as it happens regularly- so why not correct it in the instructions?

I came by rail, so after a 3 hour journey, I did not appreciate the storm that met me when leaving the station, nor the walk down to Century Wharf ( could have taxi'd, but needed exercise after sitting for so long) No meet and greet, and struggled to find the correct office/reception, where I was handed an envelope, after asking apartment location, and told it was all in the envelope. Then experienced difficulty (still raining hard) in finding building/room, until a maintenance worker showed me where to go and how to access building etc., OK after that, just glad to get into the warmth of apartment.

The apartment was excellent - very warm and welcoming, smelt fresh and clean, and was indeed so. Everything needed to make a successful stay was provided for, and the little extra's like tea bags, milk and various toiletries. Lovely bed, very comfortable = good sleeps each night (no noise at all!) Brilliant view over Taf, with lots of boating/cycling activities around the river. Could not fault location, cleanliness and thoughtful extra's.

Heating didn’t work in bedroom. Staff were exemplary! I called them out on Friday late night and had a first class heater delivered within an hour. The staff were friendly, helpful and really made the stay.

When arriving at the Concierge office to collect keys, the people working at the reception desk quite coldly gave us an envelope and didn't say much. No questions asking if we had visited before or any friendliness. The opening times of the leisure facility were also inaccurate. The sign in the leisure centre showed different closure times on Saturday compared to the welcome pack and what actually happened on the Saturday we stayed.

I liked the area, on site facilities and how easy it was to find everything.

The pots and pans were not cleaned properly so i didnt end up using it alot. I had to wash the frying pan twice before i felt comfortable using it.

Location was amazing, gated community is nice. The view was magical, i obviously got upgraded so i got a bit more for my money than i would have. Every thing was very well informed. It was easy to understand and the people was very nice.

It was not easy to find the main reception when walking from the station. It is was the far side as one continues along the main road, and will not be the first one you see.

A great apartment. A really good size for three to four people with two good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and a decent living room. The beds were all comfortable, and any problems were quickly resolved by the staff. The gym was good.

The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view over the river. It was ideally located - just a ten minute walk to Cardiff Bay and a 25 min walk to the city centre. It was a quiet location which felt safe and secure

Kitchen items such as glasses could do with a bit of a refresh and it would have been good to have some pantry staples such as oil/pepper/salt available. Being a managed facility it felt less personal when dealing with staff than either other accommodation we had dealt with on our trip

Our arrival wasn't the greatest experience and felt somewhat sketchy at first, we wanted to arrive between 5/6 at first so I told them by a chat message. This was completely fine, but because we changed plans, I told them we will be arriving at 9/10. So at 21:30 we tried to check-in but had no idea where to go. Maps was mentioning multiple locations so it was a little hard to find where we exactly had to be. After some walking in the dark for 30 minutes, we asked around and got by the receptionist. There we got the keys and a map to the apartment. From that point everything was really nice. So it felt a little sketchy and little unsafe at first cause it was dark and cold and no idea where to go, but from the moment we knew, it was amazing. Also small little things that could have been better: - There is no vacuum cleaner or dustpan, so if you spill some crumbs you can't really clean it efficiently. So we felt a little bad how we had to leave the apartment (wasn't a mess of course but it's a nice gesture to leave it relatively clean). - Pillow wasn't the best, but you do get two so that kinda makes up for it. - It was a little cold in apartment, and never really got warm, but it wasn't that bad. If believe you can adjust it but it wasn't very clear or not working. But I still had a great experience and would go again!

The apartment was amazing, it's very beautiful, it felt really clean, lots of things you can use. The staff was very friendly, not only by chat and on the phone, but just in general lovely people that felt really welcoming. I had an amazing experience and would definitely consider going again if I'm near. You also get a map of the area where you are, documents how to check-out, the Wifi password, how to make the shower hot, some stuff about the pool. So they really make sure you have the information you need. If you for a nice accommodation where you like to spend some time in, love to use a pool from time to time and don't mind walking 15/20 minutes to the main city of Cardiff. This could be a perfect place for you!

The staff weren't helpful, just handed me an envelope with no words or guidance where I was going. Where my space was, where the numbers for them were, and where to find my apartment in a big complex. Also, it would have been nice to have had some basic cooking bits. Oil, salt and pepper etc.

The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable, and the view across the river from the balcony made me very happy. The shower was good and I just really loved staying there.
