You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNot enough staff on when I arrived. No one on front desk initially. So que has built up and had to wait longer than I would have liked after a long journey and dogs in the car. Also wS told when I booked could possibly be charged fir dogs. But in fact was a definite charge for dogs and at £15 per dog felt overcharged as left room spotless when I left

United KingdomMassive room which is nice if a bit cold. A few steps up to room no lift, when carrying work bags it can be a bit awkward. Booked a treatment which was lovely, booked a second which I was only told on arrival I should have had a patch test for 0 this should be clear on the booking page on web site.
Large comfortable rooms, spa facilities are very nice had a swim and a treatment, which you can book on line.

United KingdomThe spa changing rooms very very tired and not very clean. The toilets in there was terrible! The pool was OK again a bit tired and nothing to right home about but fine. Was ashame that we didn't get to go into the jacuzzi because another family hogged it the shole time we where there! Bathroom in our room was a little on small side, and the room a little tired bit we didn't mind that too much. Dinner was so so, but expensive for what came out. Husband was overly impressed with his chicken burger. But all in all we had a good stay and would come back.
The rooms where very comfortable Good size, bed was great all had a vert good niggts sleep. Temperature in room was perfect and very clean. Breakfast was good ans nice includes in the price. Shower was strong and daughter liked the shower in the spa! The steam room was very good too. Staff all very friendly in all areas of hotel.
