Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking was a bit of a challenge if the courtyard car park was full. There was little parking opportunity in the village.
The Room was very nice, warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly attentive and went out of their way to help in every way. Location was great for our break with our dog as the coastal path was right opposite the hotel. Resturant food was very good and sensibly priced. We definitely intend to stay again.

United KingdomThe room was very cold when we arrived and took a while to warm up. The hotel needs an update in keeping with the age of the hotel. Our bedside tables had wood underneath to keep them level. I understand that the floors are not level however but we had to move one to charge our phones.
The location and food were very good. We had an evening meal and breakfast which was great quality and great customer service. Our beds were comfortable and we managed to park in the street overnight.

United StatesThe TV was kind of a computer screen link up saying, and it didn’t have very many channels. The bathroom was clean, but extremely tiny. It wouldn’t work for a larger person than myself.
The location was right in the middle of town. And the owners of the property were very polite and sweet. The food was fantastic!

Great location to explore the area and close to the beach. Lovely little village Aberdour and easy to reach Edinburgh. Very friendly staff and very nice freshly prepared breakfast. Didn’t eat at the hotel so not sure what food is like.
