Limited hot water. Host could have made this easier by not trying to meet us in person. She was agitated that we were late and could have avoided this by leaving keys with Concierge ( which she wound up doing). We were a group of 5: one couple and our 3 adult children. Host assumed we needed 3 beds and didn’t have sheets for a 4th bed unless we paid extra. Halls and elevators dirty and smelly.

Location, balcony, Concierge was very kind and helpful.

Very minor but a few coat hooks in the entrance area would be helpful.

The location was excellent for our mixed age family group. Very close to the Historic Dockyard and Portsmouth Harbour train station and about a 10 minutes stroll to the Spinnaker Tower. There is a small Co-op supermarket at the bottom of the apartment block and plenty of pubs/restaurants within easy reach. The booking in, checking out and parking all ran very smoothly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a larger than expected outdoor terrace area. Danielle was extremely helpful and informative via email regarding extra information and requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We went to visit the Royal Navy Dockyard. The accommodation had great views of the facility and was just a short stroll from the entrance. It is also close to the bus and rail station and a huge range of shops and restaurants. A small Co-Op is just downstairs for any immediate needs. Great accommodation and lovely welcoming staff. Great communications and information

Nothing I could really criticise - getting the keys to start is a bit clumsy and the car park entry is tight for a larger car ... but these are really minor points.

Beds were a little small. Nowhere in bathrooms to hang towels other than on the radiator. The apartment description said there was an iPod dock but there wasn't. The wind noise could get quite loud, particularly in the morning. These are only small things and only mention them as I think you pay a premium for the apartment so expect 'better than normal'. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great service. Comfortable apartment. Lovely view and good location for the historic dockyards and gun wharf shopping centre. Very quiet at night so no problem getting to sleep and mattress very comfortable. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Lovely welcome pack.

The dinner plates appeared to be too big for the dishwasher and wouldn't have allowed it to work properly. We had to wash them all by hand in the sink. The frontload washer/dryer didn't dry the clothes properly (despite running the whole cycle) and we had to dry them using the clothes airer and the heaters.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room had spectacular views of the Port, the Harbour and Portsmouth. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There were plenty of pubs and eateries nearby as well as small supermarket that had all the essentials and was reasonably priced.

This property was just outstanding. We looking at the cost of staying in budget hotels locally and then calculated the cost of breakfast evening meals and parking. This property worked out an extremely cost effective way of staying in Portsmouth to visit the Historic Dockyard. The property was just two minutes from the Dockyard and the views from the apartment were spectacular. Upon arrival we were met by Danielle who assisted us with the free parking, showed us to our property and demonstrated the amenities. Everything inside was perfectly clean and of the highest quality. Would definitely like to visit again.

I was not happy that even though the balcony door was already not opening and we had informed the maintanence guy immediately. Also was informed by him, reception and the cleaner that the door was not working before hand. Yet We were given this flat and later was told nothing can be done as we didn't inform the office directly or call the emergency number. We called the number that was given to us by reception and if we did call the office the maximum they could have done is get someone to come and fix it whilst we were there. This would have been a hassle and would have affected our comfortable stay. So was not happy with the way the head office staff dealt with the situation.

The location and flat was beautiful and very convenient.

Loved how the day we left we were given a car park ticket after checking out and handing n the keys so we could then do sighting seeing and leave whatever time that day we liked. Poor maintenance (e.g.side of bath, rusty radiator in bathroom) and cleanliness (dirty interior and exterior windows: cutlery and crockery left soiled; disgusting toilet brush; food under chair cushions; general dust etc. etc.

Excellent design, location, service from car park attendant and on-site manager which was over and above that expected.

Panoramic views over the Naval port & towards the Isle of Wight. A constantly changing skyline. A beautiful, well equipped apartment in a safe environment. Local shopping facilities on the doorstep.

Late check in and early check out times were fairly inconvenient - especially when travelling from a fair distance

Size of the apartments, facilities available, wine!, location and views were incredible

The beds in both bedrooms were small doubles and not very comfortable. There was plenty of room for a king size in the main bedroom and the second bedroom would have been better to have two singles. The furniture layout in the lounge didn't make the most of the views and again was small and inadequate for 4 people to sit comfortably.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views across the harbour, Spinnaker Tower and 'Lipstick' building. Convenient to have free car park next door and only a short walk to Gunwharf Quays. The Welcome Pack was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment could have been a little cleaner. The lounge area could do with a lick of paint.

The location was brilliant and the views from the apartment were wonderful.

A secure and very, very well appointed apartment with stunning views...that would have been so much better with clean (inside more than out) windows. The quality of this place is moderately let down by the quality of the cleaning. I must stress, we had 3 glorious sunsets which accentuated the window issue; it let down an otherwise superb apartment.

Location, location, location! You want to see all the Royal Navy attractions? You want great outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays? You want great food choices on your doorstep? You want amazing views of the Navy dockyards, HMS Victory and Warrior? Then stay here!

It was quite dirty and a bit tired. Both the bathrooms needed a very good clean, including the extractor fans which were full of muck. Light bulb out above the shower in the ensuite. Light bulb out in the bathroom. Overflow in sinks dirty. Sink in kitchen stained with tea. Tray in oven hadn't been cleaned - so we didn't use the oven. Hob needed a good clean too. It would have been better to have larger beds rather than just 4'6" doubles. Sorry :(

the location was terrific. Views were amazing. It was nice to arrive to a welcome pack.

Apartment very hot and opening a window led to a gale blowing through apartment (on 12th floor!). Bed OK, pillows awful - very lumpy.

Great location, excellent views from 12th floor, welcome pack including wine and some basic food items was a nice touch. Free WiFi and Sky TV, also some books (mainly about navy/ships/submarines) to read. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Gunwharf Quays

Bed is very small (almost single plus). Noisy from neighbouring flats. Big bangs if flat cools down end of day (does not help to bring daughter to bed at that time). Seems a typical poorly build apartment (quick and cheap) that are build in the uk.it was not fantastically cleaned.

Location and view over Portsmouth, secure car park

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave after 3 nights!

The views from apartment 44 are stunning - the dockyard with HMS Victory and HMS Warrior, the Solent and the Spinnaker are amazing from the 12th floor. The apartment is modern with everything you need, and there was a welcome pack on arrival with essentials like milk, bread, biscuits and wine! There were 4 adults in our party, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The weather was not that great but the views were so good, that did not matter. My elderly mother was able to have the benefit of watching the ships go by without having to go outside!
