The owner was very polite and approachable. She was a very happy lady and her breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying at this property and we would definitely stay there again .

It could have been much warmer the first evening but maybe we didn’t get the controls right… TV picture isn’t very good and the room although adequate is very small. No napkins at breakfast but I’m sure that was a one off oversight.

Large comfortable bed and an only a short walk from theatre and restaurants. Very warm welcome and most attractive decor in the room. Excellent breakfast quickly produced when we went downstairs. Quiet and very clean.

Monika was a lovely host who was so accommodating making our one night stay fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, large comfy bed, the location was perfect for a short stroll into town and the free parking was an additional bonus - Stratford itself is a beautiful historic town and the Christmas market made it extra special and is well worth visiting - lots of stalls in a wonderful setting.

Not that I didn't like it but our bathroom wasn't in our room it was at top of stairs on landing but I think all others have ensuites. I wouldn't let that put you off as bathroom had everything you needed with lovely toiletries.

Not much. I suppose charging points around master bed would be nice. Only 3 parking spaces but not the fault of anyone, nor is the disabled access/hard of walking might be difficult because rooms are on levels.

A warm welcome awaits you with M and sometimes G here where they engage and invest in you, the guest as much or as little as you want. Happy to help with just about everything, they go out their way to make it a home from home. Clean, comfy, warm (as it was November) spacious rooms set in an old Victorian building on the edge of Town centre (5-10 min walk). All the mod cons with fabulous hot walk in shower, tea coffee making facilities and a quiet night's sleep. Parking is around the back of the place. Breakfast is simple help yourself free coffe tea refills cereal toast etc and place an order for hot food the night before along with timings. Thanks for hosting us, we'll swing by in future to check M out because she works hard to make stays more comfortable...
